In Seattle you really have to experience rain in all it's forms.... I'm not naming all 678 types... but here's a start...

    Light condensation
    The deluge
    Northern drenches
    Slightly annoying drizzle
    Floods
    Hail
    Sleet
    Dew
    Trickling mist
    Northwestern monsoon
The sudden pour you weren't dressed for
    Wednesday morning ball shrinker
    Painful sheets
    Suicide showers
    Touch and go spates
    The in-your-eye spit
Now it is... now it isn't sprinkle
    Never-ending stream
    The confusing sun shower
    Tuesday torrent
    Megaton volley and the dreaded...
3 months of rain and clouds until you start looking at gun prices.

I don't think a 4 star rating is the best barometer. There are tons of places that have one AMAZING thing but overall the joint is 2 or 3 stars.
