My review is solely based on Happy Hour. Not sure yet if/when I'll come here for dinner, but I know without a doubt I'll be coming here for Happy Hour. Again, and again, and again, and again.
Happy Hour here is divine. They have amazing food specials. And I mean amazing. Despite the fact that most people I know love and go to Happy Hour here, very few people ever seem to be here. I've never had a problem finding a booth in the bar which is always awesome. The decor is realllly nice (for a restaurant at a mall) and the service has always been excellent. I've checked out everything on their HH menu. You can't really go wrong with anything. The Calamari is a pretty high breading content, but it's nonetheless yummy. I'd recommend above anything else their Mac and Cheese & BBQ Pork Sliders. Their Mac and Cheese has a great mixture of cheeses and for the price, it's some of the best! Pork Sliders are yummy, although sometimes inconsistent. I wish they were served with fries, or something. Their burgers are perfectly cooked and they come on a delicious bun with perfectly cooked fries. We tried the Shrimp & Bacon Devilled Eggs last time just to be adventurous. They're interesting, but probably the last thing I'd recommend ordering. One visit we ordered the Onion Rings (which weren't on the HH menu). They were alright. After 2 of them I was done (which is unfortunate since they're pricey for a side and they come in a small mountain).
The drinks are all good, as well. Nothing amazing, but they're all mixed very well.

The $5 fee to be a member is definitely not a big deal, and the $18 bowls are priced decently. Considering a bowl of shisha can last you a while, the price is really low if you split it with a few friends. Also, if you tag Cobra Lounge in a facebook post, you get free bottled water!
We arrived around 9 pm and while the downstairs was completely packed, the upstairs (where we sat) was empty. We had our choice of seats but couldn't really find anywhere comfortable. All of the plush looking seating was really just hard benches covered with a thin pad. Definitely uncomfortable.
At most places I've been to, one orders a flavor of shisha and someone brings over a hookah and coals. Here, the hookahs are already placed at seats, and someone brings coal. We waited a solid 15 minutes for coal, which was kind of irritating. To make matters worse, they only gave us one, teeny, tiny coal! We needed more almost immediately and had to wait another 15 or so minutes.
Despite uncomfortable seats and a slow turnaround time on necessities, it was still a pleasant time. There was no DJ, but the music they played was awesome! A great mix of hits from the 70s to present. Additionally, this is probably the nicest hookah bar in Seattle. Majles (or whatever it's called) is more dingy and, as I recall, more expensive. This definitely isn't a place I will frequently go to, but for the rare urge for hookah, it's more than sufficient.
