We ordered some coffee, mojitos, Avogolemono (soup), Fasolada (soup), shared a plate of Pikilia (cooked salad platter) and slice of strawberry cheesecake. The refreshment order of mojitos lacked rum. But the rest of the order was very good homestyle cooking. Everything was fresh made and healthy too.
It was a wonderful brunch/lunch. I'd love to go back, especially for a belly-dancing show. Sounds fun!

The people that work here all seem to be marine biologist, oceanographers or aquarium experts. They were all super knowledgeable. I'm sure they are dedicated to those unpredictable sea creatures, which are all so well-contained. And I learned a couple of useless but interesting facts. Enjoyed every nook in place too.

A majority of the buffet was meat-based dishes. The rest included sushi, dessert, soup, salad and pick-your-stir-fry. We could eat as much as we want and take seconds, thirds, maybe even fourths. i enjoyed my veggie-noodle stir-fry and lychee the most. But make no mistake, this place is about quantity over quality. Whatcha got there?
Okay, we sat near a fresh supply of fortune cookies. Cracking them suckers all open was the most fun I've had in a long time. Experimenting with dinner apparently went on forever, because the waiter rolled his eyes at us. But the time passed so quickly. What an experience?!
Our table decided to order Dos Equis XX with lime and fajitas. It came with the works, (refried beans, cheese, rice, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and tortillas). Fresh made food, however, it lacked something in the flavor department. It was still a healthy option. And we were hungry. So we ate and enjoyed the food and ambiance as much as possible.
The place stands alone with lots of neon lights. There were no expectations. We entered. The place had every thing and more inside like a mini-Atlantic City. Lots of slots. Some poker, bingo, lottery, food, gift shops, bathrooms and more....
This was definitely quality date time, probably recommended by Cosmopolitan Magazine or something. So Monday evening was far from boring. I was scared at first and in wonderment the rest of the time. But we played a little here and there together. It was a very fun-loving experience.

And still, Gameworks has great ambiance to get drunk and let loose. But it was too early in the day. So I made a note about when to return for those happy hour specials.
Anyhow, the menu is geared completely for the sports crowd with a couple vegetarian items. I decided on the Artichoke-Spinach Dip and Strawberry-Lemonade.
The dip looked clumpy and mega-leafy green without an actual cream sauce. They also forgot to chop the artichoke. It was like a mound of spinach with one baby artichoke heart in the middle and some melted parmesan sprinkled with diced red onions and olives. It looked messy. And they didn't serve a lot of the al fresco dip, but it was surrounded by like a million miles of tortilla chips.
My lemonade was a special order and I got a free refill. Needed it to get through noshing on those dipped chips. Left the place pretty content.
