Tower Automotive-Import Repair

I've had work done here several times. Dave and his guys are top-notch mechanics. Sure, Dave can seem a bit off-putting but that's just his personality and shouldn't be taken personally. He has saved me countless amounts of money and has always done what's best for my budget.

What can I say about this place?

They will take great care of you.

These guys are honest, intelligent and professional. What more can you ask from an auto repair shop. Oh, and you can drop your car off and walk to a bunch of cool stuff.

I used Tower Automotive for years. David and his mechanics are top notch. Dave is a bit off-putting, but it was an auto shop, not a spa. Amy, who gave it one-star because she wasn't treated like a queen missed out on great service. Maybe not the greatest customer service, but great service. They are the most competent diagnosticians I've ever dealt with. And, they are as honest as the day is long. If work doesn't absolutely need to be done, they will tell you. I was sorry to see them close, but it is nice to know that Dave and his crew are at Ben's Workshop. Dave, thanks for all the great years of service.

I first met David ten years ago when referred by an import garage around the corner that did not work on Toyota. I had fried my battery and needed immediate help before picking my son up from school. He fixed me up and sent me on my way, with a good battery at a reasonable price. I still depend on David's crew for service and advice on how long to drive a car and what new car to buy. I use his loaner service too. Nothing but complements for Tower Automotive.

Not the cheapest in town, but the best service in town. Smart, efficient guys know everything there is to know about cars. They are honest and fair, and even have loaner vehicles. This is definitely Austin's best garage!
