What is vegan? In the old days, it meant a bowl of greens and, if you were lucky, one dish on the menu that worked for you. Now, vegan means you can have a juicy burger just like all the non-vegans out there. These restaurants have way more vegan-friendly foods than you could ever imagine. Careful though—you might have to fight off the carnivores who’ve figured this out too.
