I just had my brakes (rotors and pads) changed on my 2018 ford explorer. The cost was around $920. That seemed a little steep but they've always done good work before. So I pulled out my Visa to pay the bill and they told me there would be an up charge of 3% unless I used a debit card check or cash. I asked when they changed this and was told a couple months ago. The person at the register told me that "the credit card companies were giving out points and started charging for them so now they had to pass along the cost. "

Credit card companies always charged a fee for processing. This is not new. However what is new is that they decided they could recoup an extra 3% from their customer base. This is the cost of doing business and allowing customers, who may not be able to afford it at the moment, to pay the vendor now and pay off the bill at the end of the month. Fortunately this is not my situation but there are many that are in this situation.

Regardless, it is a money grab. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

One of the worst places I've ever taken my car for repair. Living in the area so thought it would be convenient and add some value since I wouldn't have to drive. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Instead, we found Dutton Automotive treated us very well, amazing team that answered every question and quality of work was on point.

I've had numerous cars and trucks in this shop over the years and they have been the most honest repair shop I've found
The other location (Caledonia) is also I shop I've utilized too with the same results
These shops also give you a veteran discount and this adds to the value of making this a worthy shop for auto and tire repairs
Recent work needed on my car was diagnosed as "we can't help you " at a local chain tire shop ( they still charged me $96 for nothing )
They completed it no problem and no complaints
Truly I would highly recommend both these shop and I do to friends

I go here for the oil change the guy is very professional and does a great job and is always curtious, As for the garage fixing my vehicle? Never again will I go here. My ex called to see if my sons car was fixed and they told him it was getting an oil change which he did not ask for. I was in the lobby and was looking right at it and it was not getting an oil change. Sorry lost my trust when you lie. And that was not the only lie they told me. Shady

Got a quote to fix brakes and get new tires. After repairs were done and new tires were put on they ended up saying the charge was more than $300 than they quoted before!

They did a good job fixing the break line, it was the only place I could get my car in ASAP, but they charged 150$ an hour labor for two hours it came to over 300$ while other places said it would only be about 170 altogether it really sucks cause they were very nice, but charged us way to much....
