I had such high hopes for this place. Tiger's Body Shop has excellent Yelp reviews, and the staff really was so responsive and friendly. However, in my emails I specifically requested a quote for gloss black painted racing stripes for my car.

We agreed on a price and I dropped off my car on a Monday. It was finished on Friday and I was so bummed to find that all the shop did was replace the current vinyl racing stripe with more Matte black vinyl. The entire stripe wasn't even replaced, only the hood and the top of the car.

Really disappointed, especially when we have the written confirmation that the service was supposed to be for a "gloss black painted stripe."

I banged up the right door of my car pretty bad. It would not open. Within two hours of bringing it in Tiger's Body Shop fixed it for a shockingly low price. Not only did they do quick, high-quality work for a reasonable price, but they could not have been nicer. Highly recommended.

I will never go to a dealer for body work again after my great experience this week at Tiger's. For some unexplained reason, the width of my garage door opening shrunk. So, when I pulled into my parking space as usual, I smashed off the entire passenger side mirror mechanism. Tiger's couldn't help me figure out why the garage opening got so much smaller but they WERE able to replace the damage for hundreds of dollars less than I would have paid at the dealer. Tiger's fixed me right up. They got the new components quickly, then painted the outside mirror cover to match. It was taken apart then put all back together in about an hour and a half. There's no fancy waiting room with luxurious sofas, new car brochures and an espresso machine, but the Dunkin Donuts two blocks away was a fine place to wait. Co-owner Steve (son of the late Tiger who started the business) was a great guy and the person who did the labor a real pro.

Took my Toyota in needing a new passenger-side rear-view mirror. Very good, timely work, at a cost under the estimate, and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Went to these guys to fix a small scratch on the bumper and a minor crack in the driver's side rear-view mirror of my Q50. They were able to hand buff out the bumper right there. Checked out the mirror and determined it would be about $300 to replace the part plus labor, and they just recommended I try to glue it myself first before I spend all the money on replacement. Did just that, and worked out great. They didn't charge me anything, even after I offered.

So great to work with an honest business that is looking out for your best interests, doesn't try to fleece you, and gives you honest advice and free assistance, even if that costs them a sale. This is a high-character operation, and I will absolutely be back here next time I have a more significant fix that needs attention.

I was referred by Ashland Auto. It is so refreshing to receive excellent service. I side swiped a column in my parking garage column not once but twice (second swipe after receiving my 1st quote). The additional damage done did not slow down the service. The quote from Tiger with the two gauges was LOWER than the other company I was working with. I am a novice regarding cards. Tiger was respectful, authentic, honest and what I saw in the office and garage hardworking. I have lived in the city for sometime now and had no idea places like this still existed. I've used Tiger several times over the last fives years. Once for a minor collision repair and several times for touch up, cosmetic work. It is a family run business that does not disappoint. Great work, competitive prices.

My wife dented the side of our 2021 Tesla model Y. One body shop said to replace the entire door ( $5000)since aluminum is hard to repair . I then got a 2nd quote from tiger's body shop , they felt comfortable not replacing the door and just repairing for $1200. I was skeptical , but I authorized tiger's body shop to repair , the door looks brand new , color match is perfect . Nice work tiger's body shop, I will refer my family and friends to you .
