I went there, even though they're not a body shop they agreed to look at my problem. It was my 2003 500 SL. A back trim piece kept falling off and I knew I was doing something wrong
They took the time to look show me what the problem was and how to repair, but I need to get the part.
They were very kind, and the young lady was exceptional

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano this past June. A month later I hear the rear brakes squeaking when I reverse the car. I braked hard twice and noticed a metal-on-metal grinding sound from the front. Purchased the car with only 35k miles on it.

Looked around my area and found Pro Muffler & Brake Shop. Read all the reviews and I was impressed. So I reached out through Yelp. Received a response within 1 hour or less. Talked with them and they told me to bring it in.

Took the car in. Walked around the car checked out what was going on and then I set an appointment for the next week for a diagnostic. They took pictures and I agreed to move forward with replacing front and rear brake pads. Came with a warranty of 24k miles/or 24 mos. They offered the bundle deal which I thought was a great deal.

Although I am a woman and show up by myself, I know a little bit about cars, and got a pretty good idea about the current market value of parts, labor, and tax, these guys gave an honest quote. Dropped off the car at 9 a.m. and they texted back at 12:30 p.m. that the car was ready. I will use them again and definitely will refer them to others

This is a rare find. My muffler had gone bad so I went to Pro Muffler early this morning seeking help. Found friendly polite staff, quick service, and muffler is all fixed. This took less than an hour and cost was very reasonable.

They have repaired my cars many, many times and will tell me if something is not worth fixing and why. They help me prioritize the repairs when there are multiple problems. They show me what the problem is so that I am confident that the repair is needed. Same day service when all the parts are available and time permits. Good people to work with.

Well I thought I would try again to have my car repaired by Pro m called this morning told them I need a battery for car I will get it towed in. Then I asked for a price over 400.00 to install a new battery? Whathappenedtotbis business thete always twice as high as all others.

My car was making a horribly loud sound so I took it to the dealership. They said it was something with my muffler and quoted me a very high price. I called around to a few places and Pro Muffler was able to get me in the next day. They were so helpful and allowed me to see what was broken on my car and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They also noticed a leak and thought maybe it was my transmission. They called the transmission place on my behalf and offered to take it there for me but the place couldn't get me in right away. Ultimately they're very kind, efficient, and helpful!

Took my jeep in first thing in the morning and they got me right in, and put on a brand new muffler for me within 25 minutes! Staff was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend!

Great fast service! I took my car there because I thought something was wrong with it turned out it was fine and they didn't just say something was wrong and "fix it" or find something else wrong.
