I had purchased a set of tires here and had them mounted back in Feb of 2023. That experience was really good. Tires came in early they accommodated getting me in to get them mounted ahead of schedule. Just had them rotated a cpl weeks ago and similar experience. Got me in as soon as they could. Day of apt I arrived and they were busy already at 8:30 am as it was Saturday and had a lot of walk in needs. Manager was very upfront w everyone about timeline and capacity, guys out in the bags were always moving and looked to be at it pretty hard. All in all, appreciate the service, honesty, and quality of work received.

From help on the phone ordering and scheduling to installation they were great. Tires came in early and was given option to get them mounted early or wait til the appointment. The service itself was timely, was in and out within a very reasonable time. Will go back and recommend.

I have used this shop several times over the years for brakes, batteries, alternator, tires, etc. I won't be going back anymore though. My starter was going out (I am not a mechanic by any means) yet when I took my car here last week the mechanic told me my starter was fine. I knew it wasn't. So guess what, six days later my car doesn't start at all. I was able to get it to the shop and the guy told me if I left the car with them it would be done by 4 on that Friday. So I arranged a ride, and having not heard anything at 4:30, I called and they told me they got busy and would not get it done until Saturday. He even told me they stopped working on my car to do a pop in on someone else's car. He told me he never said it would be done at 4, which is an absolute lie. So, albeit rudely, they agreed to try to get it done that night. I got a call about 6 saying it was done. When I got there I pulled out a check and the guy gave me a dirty look, saying "I hope that goes through because we stop taking checks at 4." Well, it didn't go through and he had to call corporate and eventually had to be sent to another department. I finally just said I would pay with my card. He was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault for their system not working. I will now find a new place to take my car, somewhere where professionalism and someone's word actually is important!!

I just received the ultimate mechanic scam of the year. I went into this place two months ago to get new tires in the tire pressure monitoring system light came on and they said it should turn off after a couple miles. I've never seen this light before until this day. And the light never turned off. I went back in today to get a oil change and told them to look at the tire pressure sensor and they basically said it wasn't their fault. So now I have to spend $120 on a new sensor that I didn't break. Also the courtesy 100% vehicle check over was all perfect. But I know there are things that need fixed. Looks like it was done quickly and inefficiently.

If no stars were possible I would give it to them. I've received three oil changes from the row in the last year I've used conventional Valvoline all of these times. On Saturday the 24th 2018 I was told I cannot use this oil anymore I have to use the recommended oil by Chevrolet. But it was okay the first three times I used it. Course there's a $20 price gouge involved in the Chevrolet oil. Will not be back spoke to my family that all drive GM product's they will not give them there money either. see the sales representatives for Monroe make their employees push certain kind of for there Kickbacks of course oil I was told by their employees that you can always go up in the quality your oil but you can't go down so there for the oil they put it in your car is low quality oil and I would bring that up to him next time you want to get a oil change.

now called tires choice..Dont go there!!! been there for a brake job 5 times in less the 2 months. spent $1000. rip off!!!!! serviceman does not know what he is doing and rude. spent about 8 hours waiting in the shop over the last 2 months.

Wow! What a great service place for our family! On our way for a family weekend away and we have major brake issues on a Friday night. Rick, the manager took care of our family and he and his staff worked late in order to get us back on the road safely. We are extremely grateful for their kindness and efficiency! I would highly recommend this business!
