I have had 19 new Mercedes over the many years and had service from coast to coast and must say I am very pleased with the Memphis service center. My new 2017 convertible needed a replacement wind screen and When I called to schedule they went over the problem and even requested a photo to understand the issue. My drive is over 1 hour plus to get there. When I arrived the coffee was available , my car was collected and I was given a loaner all within 30 mins. Later that day I was called and told the part needed to be ordered after all and would I like my car back or keep the loaner for 2-3 days. Needless to say not putting more mileage on my car won me over and off I went. Even a follow up call. By the way , Mark Sanford is a fine sales consultant and I actually paid a bit more because his thoughtful advice helped me drive out on my first visit in a new drop top. 5 stars all around. To start with I can't give the business 1 or no stars because I have previously had dealings with the service department and also the Mercedes specialist and both were outstanding. But for last 2 months I have been trying to get time with the Mercdes specialist to answer some questions about user profiles and the entertainment MBUX and even though I have left my number and also visited the dealership in person I can not speak to the specialist. Today 2/23/2024 I first called and was told the specialist is with a customer so after an hour I dropped by the dealership to see if I could speak to the specialist and the receptionist was just plain rude and confrontational. I was asked by the receptionist did I buy my car at the dealership and I said no and that Mercedes USA had recommended that I visit a local dealership to get my questions answered. So the receptionist informed me that since I did not buy my vehicle at the dealership I needed to get in line with all the other people waiting. I attempted to tell her that I had previously called, but did not get a return phone call and she said "I know and I gave the specialist your number" at this point I felt there was no need to continue witht he receptionist and just left the dealership.

I take my care here to get serviced all of the time. The service is prompt, friendly, and professional! The process to setting an appointment is really simple. You make a call talk to your assigned agent and they take care of you from there.
Once you arrive for your appointment, you're greeted with a friendly smile and then escorts to the waiting area. There, you will find treats, a comfy sofa area, and televisions to keep you occupied and comfortable while you wait.

It was my first maintenance check for my car! ... started horrible, the guy at the front was not friendly, could not find my appointment initially. The concierge is an entire joke! ( Peyton)- didn't tell me I needed to schedule get a car to at least eat lunch, so they drop us off and literally left us there for 30 minutes, would not come to the phone, oh, he didn't know anything about me calling the number they provided to call! finally called us a LYFT! the wash was horrible, didn't vacuum or anything NO TEAMWORK, NO STRUTURE!
Moral of the story , take your 600+ to NASHVILLE!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

My husband and I just bought a car here. Outstanding customer service. Value us awesome compare to the Collierville location which is charging 15K above MSRP. aThank you to Eric and the store manager/owner for taking the time to thank us for our business. We love our car!

Very sad experience, they don't know what mean of customer service, the salesperson Mark Stanford was so rude with me, treating me with disrespect at all even I lease my first car from him, I never recommend this place at all, even I talked with the sales manager about my concerns, never followed up with me , Mercedes-Benz of Collierville they have great customer service also they take care of me 100%, Memphis location should give training for the sales how they can take care of the customer. the sales he said he wishes I walk away, 4 years never missed a payment, thank God I bought my 2021 from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville.

Greatest Mothers Day Ever! I searched for another vehicle for my wife from Texas to Florida. I came upon the Mercedes Benz of Memphis were I received phenomenal customer service from the Sales Representative ( Mark), Sales Manager (Doug), Finance Manager ( Desmond), and (Product Specialist) April. The vehicle was priced exceptionally well and the process was seamless to acquire ownership. If you are looking for a Phenomenal vehicle and Great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership, one of the best in the nation!

Today, we stopped by the dealership to see some new MB. My spouse and I were looking outside the lot but we were NOT greeted in open arms. Wow! They must be making tons of money. However, we decided to go in the building to see other cars inside the lobby. A black female receptionist greeted us but NOT with a friendly smile. She asked if we needed to see a salesman but we told that we just looking. She said nothing else. Then a white employee came by her desk front, she said to him that there was no salesman to help them. That was that. While we were looking in the lobby a tall black salesman was sitting talking on a personal call on his cell phone. He ignore us as well. Then we headed toward the upper part of the lobby to look at the other MB. As we were walking up the stairs, there were two black men sitting in a chair. One was maybe a lower level employee, black skinny and the other was a black medium size security guard. They both gave us a stared look attitude. As we were looking at these cars, NOT one soul employee or manager came out to see if we were wait on. I even looked into their office though their glass windrow office. Maybe to be wait on. Finally a white salesman went by us when we were looking at white convertible one. He asked if we needed some help. I told him no because we were ready to walk out but I told him that nobody wait on us. He did not acknowledge an apology. Guest what, I am not white or black but I am a MB customer including your dealership. I am NOT impress with the overall customer services that you guys have present here. We could have easily dropped $150k cash, today. Too bad, I was not a MB upper manager from the headquarter.

I had one of the best experiences today at Mercedes Benz Memphis! From the sales rep Ms Tesh to the financial manager Desmond who was sooo nice, an warm he makes the paperwork a breeze and it's all e-sign on a iPad ok!!! Top notch, he's a unicorn for sure! But seriously even down to Ms April who help me get a good feel on the car! I'm was overwhelmed with gratitude and just happiness they went out there why to accommodate me! And make a VIP member for LIFE!!!! Ive always loved a Mercedes and they really just made realize why I do! Thank you agin Ms Tesh I'll be back

I got my car towed in yesterday, and the service advisor Shun called me. He told me how much the diagnostic fee would be, which is 160. This amount is consistent with past amounts that I've paid for a diagnostic fee. He also asked me what was wrong with it, and I told him.
This morning, he called me and told me that I had an oil leak and that I needed gas. I told him okay. He called me again and said that the diagnostic fee would be 480 because they needed extra time to diagnose the car. I explained to him that based on past experiences and based on what he told me yesterday that was inaccurate. I asked to speak with his manager, but he wasn't available. I called the main number, and the person who answered the phone was very rude when I was trying to tell her what was wrong. I finally spoke to the service manager, Wes Borough, and I tried to explain the problem to him, but he told me that I could just go somewhere else if I didn't want to pay their fee. He also told me that they charge 160/hour. None of this was told to me up front.
He eventually told me that he would take care of the diagnostic fee and told me to come and get my car. Then, he hung up in my face.
All I wanted to do was get my car repaired, but I didn't want to pay 480 for the diagnostic fee itself. They should put things in writing. Also, if a person quotes a price upfront, it shouldn't be changed later. The problem was never resolved, so I want to alert other customers about how they might change prices without warning. In addition, when I took my car to them yesterday, it was shaking, but not that I have picked it back up, it won't crank up at all.
