Wonderful service. Overdue review.
Max in service side is a phenomenal guy. He was so helpful. I cannot thank the technicians, Max, and everyone involved in helping me. The dealer was so flexible with my time and making sure my car was safe over an extended period of time as I am out of state for work alot. Definition of a family dealership.

Two stars for a few reasons:
- On the phone my estimated service time was to be two hours, and it took 3 and a half. It appears appointments mean nothing, as I had scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance. The service I had done was having my rotors resurfaced.
- Upon inspecting my car - the car wash they had done left a lot of bugs on the front of my car / side mirrors. When asked if they could do anything about it they offered me a hand wash and wax for $150. I just wanted the bugs off my car...Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We came in to get a 2015 Nissan Rogue checked out before purchase from another dealer. They were thorough, Mechanic Adan was especially helpful explaining what things meant in plain English to non-car-tech people. They also let us know of all the recalls and were ready to upgrade the parts on the spot. We live in Denver. After buying the car, we will return for service, here, at Larry H Miler Nissan SW.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Terrible service. Extremely rude staff who miss appointments regularly and don't respond to emails. If you are a lazy POS, drop off a resume because this place offers the job of your dreams.

The employee working the parts desk today was beyond rude, completely unhelpful, and could care less if he was turning away a loyal customer. Shame on you Larry Miller Nissan.

After going to their shop for their 3 oil change deal ($90 changed to $114 after taxes) I discovered they replaced my Synthetic oil with regular 5W30. Now, I know that won't hurt my car but it seems like when the manufacturer recommends Synthetic, and every other oil change I've had is Synthetic and is in my Carfax records, records they have access to, they should have told me that and given me the option of Synthetic (even if it had been at a higher price). So, being more than a little put out, I then took a look at the Yelp reviews!!! YELP!! How could they be any worse? It looks like Matt M. spends most of his time writing apologies to his customers on Yelp! I'd like a discussion about this from Matt M. too!

Horrible customer service. I am currently looking at a new car because my wife and I had a baby. My current car is too small. We went in to test drive a Sentra and Maxima to see what I would like. The salesman was selling to me based on his wallet. I have the money to put down if I want and I have good credit. He didn't know the info on the car when we asked some questions. I have done a lot of research on both cars for awhile now and I seemed to know so much more than he did. He seemed like he didn't want to give us the time of day to test drive both cars. He told me how much the payment for the Maxima was and said he wasn't sure if I wanted to test drive it because of the price. I told him I want to test drive it. He signed and got the car around. We tried to talk with him and ask questions about promotions between the 2 cars. He didn't know what was available. He spent his time on his phone and he was not interested in the sale. My wife asked about the light brightness between the 2 cars. His answer was these seem bright. What a joke. I am ready to buy in the next couple weeks but if I do get another Nissan it sure isn't going to be from them!
Every experience I have had with them hasn't been good. Years ago when my mom was buying a Altima she wanted to argue with her and push her into a sale. Just a warning....if you are just coming out of a bankruptcy, do NOT believe the hype this company puts out about helping you buy a car. The salesmen and finance manager are nice people but do not believe they will help you.

Larry H Miller took over for Go Nissan about 3 years ago. Ever since the change over to Larry Miller each time they try and upsell you hard. They twice tried to tell me my head gaskets were leaking and my other mechanic told me they were not. I would not trust Larry Miller for anything other then an oil change.
