Great service and repair of my car and done when expected ! They also cleaned my car before I picked it up which was a nice surprise. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Just picked up my truck from Irish hills today and couldn't be happier! This is the second time they have repaired a vehicle for my family! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and true professionals! My truck was finished early and exactly as promised. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else! These guys are the best!

Brought my car in after a collision. Great service and work looks good as new! They like to go above and beyond for their customers; when I got my car back it was cleaned, washed and had an air freshener hanging in the rear view mirror. Also worked directly with insurance for payment and had some rental cars available on site. They were also nice enough to contribute to some of the cost of the rental car due to the length of time the car would be in the shop (there was quite a bit of damage). I worked mostly with Mike, but everyone was very friendly

I cannot recommend Irish Hills Collisions. This place lacks Attention to Details, being an auto body shop, I don't know how this is possible.
I took my Volkswagen 2012 GLI here to replace my broken driver side rear view mirror. I appreciated the owners gesture to order aftermarket parts to save money, but he ordered the wrong part twice.
The owner tried to install the wrong replacement mirror and wondered why it didn't fit. When he showed me the mirror, it was clear that it was a different style. I told the owner that the mirror was of the wrong style but he argued with me, he even took me to the car to compare it with unbroken passenger mirror. It was clear that replacement mirror was rectangular and the correct mirror was triangular. It took his mechanic to tell him that the mirror was different before the owner admitted that the replacement mirror was not correct.
I finally told the owner to just order a new one as it was wasting my time and dangerous to drive back and forth without a driver side mirror. Overall it took almost a month to replace my mirror.
Since my door was taken apart a few times there are visible pry marks. I try to overlook it but it has become very irritating to look at.

My low tire light was on and I am traveling from N Carolina. They checked all four tires and added air to each one. They refused to charge me anything. Where in the world can you get this kind of service on a cold,dreary day?

Oil change and battery service...always professional and excellent service...suggested brake service, quoted a good price; allowed me to wait until I'm ready...

I've had three repairs done here and all three were positive experiences - I can't complain about any of them. They are friendly, speedy, and they do an excellent job. The fact that they're doing mechanical repairs now in addition to body work is an added bonus - their prices are competitive and as a female, after dealing with them in terms of customer service, I feel confident that they do business with me fairly. And they have car rentals here now. What a fabulous idea! Even in neighboring small towns in this area one is hard pressed to find that.

I love this place. Their customer service and quality of work has made their business grow and I am as happy as can be to take my business there. Oil changes, body work, and now Hertz rentals are there! Love their honesty and their staff. Always leave there very satisfied.

A deer jumped into our Rav 4 and did considerable damage. Irish Hills fixed everything and made our car look and drive good as new. They did a top notch job and clearly took pride in their work. The car was even cleaned inside and out when we picked it up. These people are the best.
