Literally the best. They have excellent service, they are always honest and they do a great job. I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm so glad I found this shop !

The metal that holds my battery down rusted off and was causing my car battery to arc and it was really scary honestly!! my car would shut off and the last night I drove it there were sparks coming out of my hood. We called and had my car towed to CAARS and the guys there were very very nice, called me with updates and were really transparent with the repairs. I ended up getting the new part which they ordered, oil change and a transmission flush, and my car runs sooo smooth now :) I'd 100% bring my car back here, not only was the service great but the work done was also amazing!! Dan also reached out to me for a follow up which I appreciated, shows me that they do really care

I have a 20 year old vehicle making scary front end noises. Already seen by two other mechanics. After one call to CAARS & relaying my concerns for drivability safety they brought me in quickly. I asked for them to "triage" my car issues because of its age and many repair costs made up to this point. Not only did they relieve my concerns about safety, but they helped me understand the next steps I should take BEFORE having them do major repairs. I felt 100% covered with them. I will be bringing my car to them after my next steps, even if it's not with my treasured 20 year old baby. I hope it will be though. Real Good people!

I needed to rims for my car. They told me it would be $170 each per rim. I thought wow new rims cost a lot. The kicker is, they gave me used rims. I told them ahead of time that I could pick up a used rim in Santa Ana for about $60 each. They said they can't accept me to bring my own rims. Now I see why. These guys are price gougers. When I called and asked for Dan to ask him why used rims cost me $170 each, mind you they're only 15" rims for a small Honda Fit, Dan elected not to come to the phone. If you don't mind getting raked over the coals then this place is for you

I came to Caars for an alignment from a referral at the Costco tire center. They provide a discount for Costco members. The business park is full of automotive shops and is in a huge industrial park by the train tracks in San Juan. Red flag for a single lady, abort mission! But, rest assured, everyone here was very helpful and pleasant and made me feel very safe and welcomed.

More impressive was the restroom. With a place full of dudes with greasy hands and dirty shoes, it was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with supplies! It had toilet seat covers, 2-ply toilet paper, touch less paper towels, and Meyer's lavender hand soap, WOW! Not to mention, the bathroom had a tiki bar island theme.

Overall I was very impressed with the customer service, the pricing, and the timeliness of the service. It's near the Costco I go to, so when I purchase tires again, I will definitely return for an alignment at Caars. Erik and Dan were amazing, thank you so much!

I had my car towed to this shop - first time I'd been there - they were welcoming and called me after checking on what was wrong. They gave me options and prices up front and were consultative when I asked questions. My car was ready couple days later - everything is running well- great customer service and I trust these guys.

After the third auto repair shop told me they could not fix the exhaust issue in my 4runner (manifold replacement), the last one referred me to Caars. They provided an estimate and did the work for the estimated amount. I even got a follow up text a week later from Dan the service manager asking if everything was going OK. I think that's the first time I've ever had a follow up from an auto repair shop! Highly recommend.

Let's face it - auto service and repair is never something you look forward to. Like a colonoscopy or a trip to the dentist, taking your car to the shop on occasion is generally an unpleasant but necessary evil.

That said, the team at CAARS is top-notch and makes the whole experience as painless as possible.
Estimates are fair and accurate, work is honest and professional, and delivery times are as promised.

Who ever said owning a car was gonna be all fun and games? It ain't. But with the capable crew at CAARS in your corner, you and your ride will enjoy more good days than bad.

I have been to Caars multiple times now for various reasons and I pretty much won't go anywhere else. They never treat me differently or try to convince me into random services despite being a woman. They are extremely communicative, speedy with their work and always explain the issues in depth as if I fully know what they are talking about. I really can't recommend them enough. I think their work is great quality, they always ensure getting your full consent before doing any work and answer any questions no matter how silly they might be. They have never made me feel dumb despite me not knowing the most about cars and their quotes always match what I see online. My license plate was crooked due to debris hitting me on the freeway and they straightened it out without me even asking and for free! I can't recommend them enough!
