DISHONEST! I called today to see how long of a wait there would be for an oil change. I was told there was no wait and to come on down and they would get me taken care of right away. It took me 20 minutes to arrive at the shop where they told me it would be an hour and a half wait. There were four cars on the rack for repairs and he said two more cars were waiting. When I stated I had just called and was told there was no wait, he replied the cars had just come in in the last 20 minutes. They are dishonest and will lie to your face, I walked out.STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been coming here before the name change and I can say it's great to see nothing has changed, you still get the A+ service.
Taking my daughters Honda in because of what I hopped to be just a power steering issue unfortunately yielded way to a much bigger issues ( it's n older Accord ). After all was said an done, all brakes and control arms needed replacements as well as a power steering flush.
As always, management was able to get me a great deal and keep my child's car running and safe for her. Today they called to make sure how the service was and to ask her to come by so they can, now that she's driven on the car for a few days, double check her satisfaction and be sure the lug-nuts have now settled after driving around for a bit.

Showed up on time for appointment and was told only one person working today and I'd have to wait several hours. I asked why only one person and the answer was the other guy quit. Learn how to run a business.

A great shop had to give me bad news. Mechanic was great, hopped out of shop, came next door and tried to trouble shoot before bringing me in for diagnosis. Crew pushed my car in, got me taken care of. Great customer service

I had great customer service. Everyone was nice and fast. I see people complaining about the price but hey I'm pretty sure they don't control the prices.

Had been taking my wife's car here to do simple oil changes. Before a roadtrip I had her book out an oil change and tire rotation. When I finally have time to inspect the car I can clearly see they didn't rotate the tires, the FWD Jeep's front tires were still visually worn down compared to the rears. I also find out they charged her for a balancing, which she didn't need.
These guys don't even do the work you pay them for. It takes ten minutes, if that, to rotate tires. Ugh. Did they even do the oil change? Trust is completely lost over less than $60 bucks, hope it was worth it. Avoid.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Had to walk out without service... I was quoted $39.99 when I scheduled my appointment (keep in mind, I gave them the specifications of my car when booking). I arrived bright at early at 8:00am to find out they didn't have any employees who showed up that day to change oil (huge red flags when no one wants to come to work). But I happily rescheduled my day and when I returned, the new employee told me it would be $160. When asked about this price increase, he said they only cary the expensive version for my car. WELL WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS WHEN I SCHEDULED OVER THE PHONE? Just three more annoying marks that make me not trust car places.

Not entirely satisfied with my service.
RED FLAGS!!
As soon as I got in the car I noticed that my dash camera was deliberately pushed upward. It does take time to readjust the camera view, so I had to take a few minutes to do this before driving away. I went in just for an oil change early in the morning.
Now, if they were doing a decent and honest job, why would they feel the need to flip my camera up away from any view from my windshield?
I wasn't watching them or anything like that, I have a dash camera for driving since I do so much driving and the drivers are getting worse here in Vegas... It is for my protection and security.
I only noticed the camera because I have to connect it when I drive. It was facing my roof of the car. The way I have it mounted, you have to deliberately push it up to move it. I had it very secured.
Needless to say, I won't be back here. I've never gone to get my oil changed where the mechanic felt the need to touch and move my camera in the car. I've had my car for 5 years and a dash camera for 5 years and no one's ever felt the need to move it or unplug it.
They made me lose trust in this place and if you're a woman going here, just be on high alert.

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment and they noted my car would be ready in 45 minutes. My car took almost 2 hours to be ready and when I picked up my car, they forgot to put back the hub caps. I had to drive back to the shop after I got home and got the hub caps back on. Good service although there were minor inconveniences.

I came to this place around early march to get a simple alignment. When I asked to get an alignment the mechanics told me that I needed to change my camber kit or something along those lines. They showed me some specs on the computer that sounded convincing. Regardless they just tightened a nut and called it a day and proceeded to charge me 120 dollars even tho I didn't get the service for the car that I wanted. When I went to another mechanic to have their opinion they did say I needed an alignment and they fixed the problem I was having, my car wasn't having issues after. I had told that mechanic about my previous experience at Goodyear auto and after telling him what happened, he had told me that I was scammed. I don't recommend coming to this place, but If you do ask them to run a diagnosis of your car before signing anything. They will want you to sign a piece of paper in order for you to be obligated to pay.
