I've been here twice to purchase tires and each time I've been treated with kindness, and I feel they quoted me a fair price. The waiting room is clean, they have a charging station for your cellphone, regardless if it's an Android or IPhone.
If you decide to wait for your car to be repaired, there is a McDonalds, World of Beers, and IHOP within walking distance.

Excellent service! Ray took care of me and my car quickly and efficiently! I walked in for an oil change and they took my car in immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I hate giving bad reviews but they earned it today, after asking for a slow leak tire repair and a quote for new ones the young man walked out and took a look at the tire in question and got the size. Only after rejecting his $1,500.00 quote did he tell me they wouldn't repair the tire. It is safe to say that their priorities are profits over people!

Don't bother bringing your vehicle here to be serviced. They practice bait and switch. They give you a certain price over the phone and once your car is in their shop - they'll give you a different price - a much higher price than the first, and they'll give you an illegitimate answer if you were to ask. Bad customer service inside the office, they won't even say hi or acknowledge you when you arrive. Bad vibe all around.

My husband and I were shopping for new tires for our vehicles. We came across Mavis tires, which not only has the best prices but also quality customer service. Jeremy was very attentive and checked our cars to determine if alignments were needed. These days, it's so hard to find good customer service. do not use this Service center ! I brought my car in for a tire balance . They said they did it but when I had to take my vehicle in 3 days later to another mavis the confirmed it would have been impossible to balance one of my tires . they showed me the issue when the car was lifted . I had them replace all 4 tires and chalked up an 88 dollar bill for services not performed

Do not come here unless you want to waste your time. Waited a little over 2 hours to get my tires replaced when I had an appointment. They finally took my car in after an hour of waiting and told me they couldnt give me a coupon for the tires I needed even though when I called before, they gave me a quote with a coupon applied. They're better priced compared to most places but their service is not good.

Adrian assisted me today and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He made sure that he clearly expressed what was going on with my car and what I needed so that I would be aware of what to expect. I appreciate his kindness and his exceptional customer service. They definitely make sure the customer is satisfied when we leave.
