This place is a total scam. The labor charges are ridiculous. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. I only wanted my flat tire changed and to go on my way because i had a job interview the next morning. The lady said she would call me the same day to see if there was any damage to my suspension since I lost control of my vehicle in the snow and ran over a curb. No call until the next day. I got an email of my report on my car saying i needed to get all of my fluids done, needed a new windshield wiper, and more for 1,600. That's just insane. I only got an alignment, a new tire, and my rear axel fixed since it was leaking. It came to about to 600 and most of the cost was labor. That's just absurd. Will never be coming here again. Find or go to your own mechanic.

Just a complete scam... brought a tire in and they claimed the lug nuts were swollen. Went back with the wrench and they fit fine. Also charged me $60 for lug nuts. What are we talking about here. They already crush you for a basic oil change. Now they just rip you off with swollen lug nuts.

I arrived today at 5:00 because I had a flat tire on a rental car on a business trip. I was desperate to get this fixed and after calling multiple other tire shops Kevin the car care manager here at AAA saved the day and was the only one willing to help.
Kevin did the one thing that you wish everyone would say.....I will try.....that was a big relief.
Kevin and his tech ended up staying after hours to fix my tire and get me on the road.
The entire team was helpful, professional, and cared about helping me.

I stopped by to get an oil change. They were booked, but told me to come back in a couple of hours and they'd fit me in. I'm not sure I was even there for 30 minutes when they said the car was ready. Great service and reasonable.

When we blew out a tire this winter, we got the car towed here because we're AAA members and it was a weekend after business hours, not a lot of options were available. The price for the tire itself was fine, but the add-ons made it ridiculous: $15.99 for each lug nut and they insisted all had to be replaced, and $89.99 for an alignment.
Fast forward to now and the side wall has a bubble. The tire manufacturer's website says this may be covered under warranty. I called AAA and at first they refused to even discuss it. I was rudely informed that nothing is covered because I didn't buy the road hazard protection. My husband had to call back and speak to the manager to explain what the manufacturer clearly listed on the website. When we arrived, the manager, Kevin, once again tried to brush us off and say nothing was covered because we didn't buy their protection plan, and my husband had to bring the manufacturer's website up on his phone to prove what we were saying. At this point, Kevin walked out, took a cursory glace at the tire, said it wasn't covered, and was done.
For reference sake, we called the manufacturer and were told that AAA was supposed to remove the tire and examine the inside to see if the damage was caused by impact or a defect.
These people could not have cared less and don't even bother to learn the policies relevant to the products they sell. They are the rudest bunch I've had the displeasure of interacting with in quite some time, and this whole situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth that when it's time to renew my roadside assistance, I'm going to be carefully looking into their competitors. STAY AWAY, I had a TERRIBLE experience with the Mount Laurel, NJ AAA Auto Care center on 7/2/22. I scheduled my appointment the day before, due to the engine light going on. I wanted to make sure my car was serviced properly as I was driving to NYC on 7/3/22 and started to experience jerking when the automatic car switched gears between 1 to 2 and the Traction Control light was on. I was informed to bring the car first thing in the morning on 7/2/22 and I did just that. Kevin, the manager, greeted me and was very curt, not friendly at all upon arrival. He asked me what I was here for today and I said that I scheduled an appointment with George via the web the day before, he then went on to inquire more about this scheduling, thinking that I was making it up or something. He then asked if I was a member, his demeanor changed when I said I was. I was then asked about why I am bringing my car in today and told him about my issues. He then had me sign the estimated repair paper and took my keys and said they would call in a few hours, this was at 9am EST. It was at 1:45pm I decided to give AAA a call to see about status since I did not hear anything. Kevin picked up and informed me there was no update yet. A few more hours went by, it was approaching 4pm, so I decided to drive over as I knew they closed at 5pm and still had yet to hear anything. When I got there, NO one was out front, we had to walk into the service floor and ask for someone to come out to the front... Kevin appeared and helped the other customer who was there and then another employee came out and asked me if he could help. I informed him I was there to get an update on my car. He then said, "give me a second" and walked in the back, 5 min later he came out to inform me that my car was never taken to the bay.... I was furious. That means my car sat there from 9am all the way until 4ish pm and no one even looked at it. I was informed at 9am that it would be looked at shortly and when I called at 1:45pm Kevin should have told me it still wasn't even brought in... If I knew this, I would have taken it to another body shop as I had to have a working car by 7/3/22. I informed them that I would be writing a review and would like their GM to call me. Because of this I now had to rent a car to get me to NYC. This is TERRIBLE service and something no one should experience esp not a member. Overall, DO NOT use this body shop, esp if you expect to get exceptional service, honest answers, and have work completed in adequate time.

I have a flat tire, called AAA and they towed my car here at 9:45am. Shop opens at 10am on Sunday. I was first person here but they wouldn't look at my car because manager Geno says he has to tend to appointments first. It's now 11:50am and they have not checked my tires so far. I called AAA to have my car towed back home. I am just gonna call manufacturer road side assistance instead. This was a complete waste of time. Most competent tire facility can fix or change tires in 15 minutes. They call this a full service facility, but I would be wary of their competence.
On a positive note, workers here are in clean uniform, place looks organized, and waiting area free of grease and dirt. I hope they can get better man power to address minor diagnostic such flat tires.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I got a full set of tires from here in January. The service was super friendly, the price was fine from what I remember. They said that they fixed my tire pressure alert light, but that came back on within a week or so. Also one of the tires has a slow leak and I've been trying to make an appointment. I spoke with someone and we scheduled me for 5:30 pm on a Monday evening, but when I called, they said there was an error because they had put me on for Sunday at 5:30 (they close at 4) so they moved it to 3 pm. They didn't seem willing to help reschedule me because I "missed" this appointment, but it seemed to be a mistake of scheduling on their end. I'm just trying to get this taken care of so I don't have to keep filling my basically brand new tire every week as it falls to 14 psi
