Normally I like this little shop but today I drive up to see they are using gov Abbott as an excuse to not mask. Not one person had a mask on and a sign on the door saying due to Abbott's latest mandate no masking required. I drove away. I don't enter small rooms where no one is masked.

This is without a doubt the absolute best place you can bring your car for any repair.
It's tough for me to give a five star review. I'm that picky. I sit here trying to think of writing something like, "I was going to give them five stars but I took one star away because they didn't refill my washer fluid.". Nope, not here.
Ever have one of those car problems where the mechanic just can't figure out what is making that strange noise? These guys are stubborn, they absolutely will not give up. Their secret is that they take real pride in their work. You don't see that a lot anymore, anywhere. And I have to add I am very picky about where I bring my car for repair work. I'm like one of those cat people that won't let just anyone pet poo poo precious. I'm like that, with my car.
I've seen brand new 2015 cars in here as well as something from the 1950's. They don't shy away from anything and they will keeping work until they get it right.
Make sure to ask them to refill your washer fluid. Ask ***NICELY***.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - J C.Burleson, TX0111Oct 23, 2018
Made an appt online for 12:30 on a monday. Arrived at 12:15 and told them I had a 12:30 appt. Still had to give them my info. they didn't seem aware of my appt. At 12:45 I was still waiting for some one to address my issue with. The owner /manager was to busy conducting personal business on his cell phone. At 1:00 finally I was told I needed new brakes (which is why I had made the appt.) I was there until 2:30. Customer service is lacking at this location. I won't return.

I will always take my car back to them for several reason: They are honest, reasonable prices, they said my car would be done in 3 hours and it was. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right, letting me know what % my brakes were at and they need done next visit. Great communication with me making sure they explained to me what was the problem with my car and what was needed to fix it. I'm truly grateful. Thank you guys so much.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wendy S.Sulphur Springs, TX100180573Apr 29, 2015Updated review
I called Meineke Saturday morning around 10:45 am. I knew it was a long shot trying to get NOT ONE but TWO vehicles in for an oil change. Dan answered the phone and told me he was a little backed up but to come by around 12:15ish and he would try to work us in. We showed up a little early, around noon, to drop off my car. We went and ate a late breakfast and before we finished he called and said we were ready to go. We went and switched out vehicles left the other one and ran some more errands. Before we could finish all our errands we got the call that we were all set. My first initial visit to get my oxygen sensor replaced was a great experience here at Meineke. My second visit, this Saturday, was just as pleasant. As stated on my previous review the guys here at Meineke take pride in their work and are very accommodating. I'm a small town girl and they definitely have small town values. Treat your customers good and they WILL be loyal. great employees, great prices on services, and great customer service!! Will continue to patronize this location!!!

They got me in within 30 minutes of me calling them and had my car finished within a short amount of time. (They were done with my car before I was done with my errands!) I found out they have really good prices on oil changes and I will be coming to them for service in the future. Since it was icy outside they even parked me close to the door and warmed my car up for me. To top that he even opened my car door for me.... Such gentlemen. I recently moved here from a small town and this is the first time I have done business with an establishment in Mansfield that treats their first time customers like long time patrons. Very professional and prompt service!! Will do business here again!

I have always taken my car here and dropped it off for an oil change. The staff (in the past) has always been great, super nice, great work. However, I made an appointment last week for an oil change. I had Googled the business and it evidently went to the service call center not the local business. I was told they could have it done in under an hour so I made my appointment for the next day. I show up a few minutes early (this is a morning appointment) mind you & the new staff there tells me they can't get me in? They were just too busy? They were sorry I called the service center & not them locally. Maybe I could just come again tomorrow?!? Wait, what? Why did I make an appointment and how am I supposed to know I called the "wrong" # that was the main online service center when you Google their shop? Anyway, I just called my dealership & got my oil done there. So don't bother to make an appointment here- evidently does you no good!

Took my car in the first time two weeks because I heard a little tick in the engine. They diagnosed it with needing more oil. A couple days later, the tic was accompanied with a shake while driving. Took it back the 2nd time, they said it was bad gas and add better gas to it. A couple days later, the car sounds like the engine is going to drop out. Took it back and lo and behold, it's an internal engine problem and will cost $8-$10 thousand. Either they are uneducated in mechanics, lazy about doing the work, or think we are all chumps who know nothing. I wish it was just one guy that you could avoid, but it's the mentality of the whole shop.

These guys are the best. Have had a front end repair on my Subaru and axle work on my Sierra. Up front explanation. Did what they said they would do. Excellent work & attitude. When I thought I had a problem with do something they did they bent over backwards to make sure it was fully addressed.

By far my worst oil change experience yet. I wish I would have just went to Walmart to get it done. I had scheduled a 3:30 appointment. They were "full and busy" and told us to either wait for an hour, leave, or drop my car off and be without transportation. I'm not really sure what is the point of appointments if you don't go off them. They really should tend to those who scheduled there appointments instead of putting walk ins first like just about every other company in the world does. We did not leave until 5:30 and so what should have been a 30 min job was a 2 hour job. It was a major set back to my scheduled plans for the day. The phone rang twice for an excessive amount of time. It was advertised and I had a copy of my coupon for it to cost $14.95 but they charged me $20.65 even though I was is dissatisfied with the timing and my experience in general. And I let them know that. When I was going to pay they asked for all of my info again even though it was already filled out online. My keys were not placed in the folders with the papers on the vehicles like every other customer in there. When we were trying to leave they had lost my keys and one of the men who worked there even asked me "if I knew where my keys were" I'm over here thinking no, why would I? Y'all haven't even given me my car back yet. They checked my car and had left my keys in the ignition in the front parking lot. Anyone could have taken off with my car! But I let it go. When I get in my car the sticker only had the miles and they left the date blank. Like c'mon who seriously goes off the miles? (Most folk, especially woman go off the date) they were rude, not true to price, very unorganized, and super insensitive to there customers. I have never been so disappointed in a company until this experience. Also the tv on the wall kept loosing signal so it was pretty irritating. Just don't go. You'll waist your whole day for crap service to not pay what they advertise even if you have a coupon. I don't even think if it were a labor fee the would deserve that 5 bucks. Awful! awful! awful!
