I've taken my vehicles to 15th street auto for about 10 years. I've also sent my 20 something year old daughter there.

Carri, the service manager is awesome, I know she will be upfront and honest. They are a shop who goes above and beyond. You know I feel comfortable about a shop when I trust them with my kids.

I am absolutely amazed at the personal touch from Steve and Carrie. I have never had any automotive repair shop go out of their way at the level of 15th Street. Went in for an alignment and just an alignment. They refused to do the work unless I had them install a new steering box ($800+). I was charged $75 for an "inspection" I was forced into.

An alignment would have taken fine without this, they are completely separate issues.

Recently used 15th Street Automotive for my 100,000 mile service. Loved that they were able to work me into the schedule timely. Felt they were thorough in quoting me only what I'd needed as well as provided options. They even corrected a dangling lower protector under the front of the truck!

We received fair and quality service at a premium price. Was looking for more value pricing yet paid the same I would've spent at the dealership so I may not be a returning customer.

I inquired about the estimate being the same price as the dealership and if the high estimate might actually be less if completed quicker. It was explained to me that no, the shop rate isn't calculated for actual dedicated work time on your vehicle but a running clock while the mechanic works on other vehicles too.

They worked me on quickly for oil change and brake work. Done fast and from previous experience I know they stand behind their work with a solid warranty. Definitely going back!

Carrie and Steve are true professionals, and have a great attitude. They are easy to deal with and I never have had any problems with any of the work they have done on the scores of vehicles I have sent them.
I know that there are a few reviews on here that point out the fact that they might be slightly more expensive than other shops. I will tell you now that I have personal experiences with almost every shop in Puyallup and 15th street is hands down the best shop in this area. You get what you pay for in this industry.

I use 15th Auto for all my basic scheduled service. The major tune-up on my 10-year-old Honda did seem to be a bit higher priced than dealer. But the techs and commitment to excellent customer care are obvious.
