      I have had an exceptional experience with MBZ of Fairfield from start to finish. Today I was instructed in the new instrumentation and electronic features by Chris Bailey who drove from his home in Fairfield to Calistoga. Well done and thank you.

      I had a great experience with CARSALA and Sirra jobe in particular. Sirra was extremely professional and helpful in every way. I ended up buying a CPO 2007Audi S6 from Allison Audi in Reno. I felt thoroughly secure with the purchase and now have the car in my possession. Using the negotiation service was perfect, I saved close to 5K at the end of the day. The cream was having the ability to choose from several cars and drive the best possible price without the wasted time and stress of typical car-lot negotiations. I will never buy another used vehicle without the help of Carsala.

      Diva has great selection of perfume. If this were only a review of Divas' inventory I would tend to offer a 4 stars. Unfortunately, this is direct reaction to the piss-poor customer service which has become the norm in California and everywhere else. I literally walked out of this store fuming and determined to share the nature of the place.

      When did everyone become serially unaccountable.

      Long story short, my wife gave me a very nice bottle of Creed cologne for my birthday. Out of the box; the atomizer/sprayer is clogged and never worked properly. I brought it to DIVA where Wendy had bought it and politely asked the owner if she would exchange my bottle for a new one of the same. Seems simple. She indicated that the perfume had been bought on sale and that it there were no returns. I asked her to consider the nature of the business, it was a gift. I am an infrequent but regular customer. At this point she began yelling that she had sold the scent at a sidewalk sale 2 months ago and what did i expect.
      OK what can we do here I said. With a show of great agitation she hostilely looked for a replacement. The whole time she was cursing under her breath and in general making me feel like an ass for even asking her to help me.
      She then reiterated that it was not her problem, that if I wanted to take it to San Francisco that I might have better luck.

      I was going to buy Wendy some Bond or maybe some Hermes. No such luck. I will never give this woman another slim dime. I hate it when local businesses cant muster the fortitude to treat their clientele with respect. This is emblematic of Saint Helena's' rudeness problem.
      These businesses shit on their customers because they have become complacent and accustomed to transients who cant come back to complain. This time you pissed off someone with a YELP account.
      Merry Christmas to you DIVA and now I am off to SF to spend my money elsewhere.

      I would have normally given this company a satisfactory review until my recent exchange with the owner and his employees. I have been a client for more than 2 years here, I have always paid on time and never had a complaint until this month. While moving some equipment offsite I struck their security keypad with my forklift,
      My error, I said, what can I do to sort out the situation.
      The owner and management decided to threaten a lawsuit before the first conversation was over. In all honesty it was minor damage, less than $1000.00, and should have been reasonably resolved with a phone call to sort it out.
      Rather than deal with me directly their team chose to saber rattle and generally harass me while the repairs were being performed. I had indicated that I was willing to pay all damages inured provided they furnish an estimate and an invoice. When asked for the invoice they failed to produce it. A week after the work was performed, I was contacted by the local police who indicated the owner Richard Rush had attempted to have me arrested for fleeing the scene of an accident. Long story short is if you can store your stuff at another storage. I would do so. You probably wont have an accident but who knows? I was finally able get an invoice out of the admin, I asked for a release, which they refused to provide and again threatened further legal action. Basically these folks are hostile and fundamentally dishonest. Beware
