    I just bought a new car and worked with Carsala to find what was available and then to negotiate the price. I was very happy with the result which was a reduction in the price of over $2K!

    Carsala will generate an initial report for free before you sign up. I didn't find this report to be all that useful since I couldn't specify the exact model that I wanted. However, I then decided (after going by a dealership to see what was in stock) that I just didn't have the time to research everything, deal with the negotiations, etc so got in touch with them again and signed up. The report they generate post-signup had all of the detail that I needed on every car. From there, they did a great job with the negotiation (as noted above) and communication back to me. The process was also super-fast, I think I signed up on Monday and bought the car on Thursday.

    Definitely worth the 20% (or $300 max in my case since they saved me more than $1500), I've already recommended them a few times and will definitely use again in the future.

    I had a great experience with CARSALA and Sirra jobe in particular. Sirra was extremely professional and helpful in every way. I ended up buying a CPO 2007Audi S6 from Allison Audi in Reno. I felt thoroughly secure with the purchase and now have the car in my possession. Using the negotiation service was perfect, I saved close to 5K at the end of the day. The cream was having the ability to choose from several cars and drive the best possible price without the wasted time and stress of typical car-lot negotiations. I will never buy another used vehicle without the help of Carsala.

    I was skeptical of a car buying service but was quite pleased with the time and effort that Carsala put into helping me find a car, and in particular my broker Jude Carter. I researched other services before choosing Carsala. One can't expect miracles from any service and I still had to do a lot of the research (the car I wanted was hard to find), but Jude really helped guide me through the process all the way to the end. I am sure that it worked out better than doing it on my own or a "no-haggle" price or similar, cheap services. Buying a car is hard work and having someone work with you who really seems to care about doing it right made a big difference both in the outcome and in my peace of mind.

I started Carsala because my last car buying experience was painful. It took too long, I was terrified of paying too much, and I had no one to trust. I needed an "uncle Vinny" who used to sell cars and would help me navigate the buying process and negotiate for me. That's why I started Carsala. Carsala wants to be your "uncle Vinny." We're a young company and still learning, but our expert negotiators (not me) have now negotiated thousands of great deals for our customers. We know what buttons to push and how and when to push them to get the best price.
