Had a wonderful experience. The per hour price is a little higher than some other companies but unlike some others I didn't get hit with a bunch of extra fees on top. Our movers were Luis and Christopher who were both fantastic. Chris was up front with all the explanations of everything and the two worked together great. They were fast, took care of all our fragile items, and were very professional and friendly.
Everything was put exactly where we asked and we had a nice follow up to make sure everything was done correctly. Great guys and would 100% use again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jack G.San Francisco, CA11164Mar 16, 2024
The WORST moving experience I have ever had.
I was told that I was hiring "professional movers". But what I got was a pile of broken, trashed items. These guys are awful. Furniture was dropped in the house, without arranging it or at least getting it to the correct rooms. Boxed items were falling off the truck.
Management is useless.
Do not use this company, you will regret it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Monty S.Santa Clara, CA77281Jan 20, 2024
Steer clear of this company! It's not worth it! After my mom passed away in 2021, I hired Two Men and a Truck to pack Mom's stuff and move it to a storage unit. Even though the lead mover (I think his name was Manny) was good, the other movers...weren't. The lead mover had to consistently try to correct the other movers' work. Even worse, they did NOT treat my mom's stuff with respect: They haphazardly threw it into boxes with no padding, no wrapping, and no or rhyme or reason (see the picture -- they just threw the drinking glasses and kitchenware in the box!). To top it off, they didn't pad the electronics and they took apart the bed-drawers combo and didn't put it back together (and Lord knows where the screws are!). If you're wondering why it took me a while to write the review, I was so sad and exhausted after my mom's death that after I complained to the company about some of these issues, I moved on...until I went to the storage unit today to sort through Mom's items. I just couldn't believe what I saw when I unpacked those boxes. I paid a lot of money for the service only to have to have Mom's stuff treated like that. Please spare yourself the disappointment and hire another moving company!

Do not hire this company and do not let Rodney Holmes ( picture below) or his brother G move you. The movers stole jewelry from me. I should have known something was up when Rodney did not want a tip. Who doesn't want a tip ? Someone who is stealing from you. I emailed the company, they told me the local rep would get back to me. Called them twice...crickets. I made a police report also. All I can say is shame on you. Stealing from and old disabled women. If anyone got jewelry from them contact police please.

They respond with, we would love to hear your story. It's posted. And you have my number and address. I've also had to replace my son's missing drum and keyboard system. Your claim manager seemed to care less. He never called back to inquire if we found his items.

I called for a quote a month before our move. We were moving from Tracy, CA to Las Vegas, NV. The quote was for $6000.
I called several times prior to the move requesting the time of arrival. They arrived around 10am, June 9th. The plan was to leave immediately after loaded, but everything was finally loaded by 2pm. Too late to get on the road so we only left in our car the next morning.
Problems during the load. We initially had 2 movers, but they sent additional ones to help load. The plan was to ask what we definitely wanted on the truck, to be sure that the correct items were put on the truck. Due to having 5-6 loaders, it was hard to keep track. We couldn't be everywhere at one time. Also, the truck was a 26 footer and things should have been more organized on the truck.
My backpack with my laptop and essentials were loaded on the truck, without my knowledge. When I noticed my bag was gone, I immediately tried to get my bag back. Besides my laptop, my medications were in my bag. I never told them to load that, and it was buried under bags in the truck. They couldn't get to my bag, due to the way everything was loaded in the truck. On top of each other. Secondly, my son, had computer and music equipment in his room. He had several boxes, that we were going to load in our car for safekeeping. Again, one of the movers took it, and to this day, we never found it. A keyboard and drum system for his music. I have since, had to replace these items. Over $200.
After everything was loaded, I purchased an insurance plan, a deductible of $1000. Later that evening, the truck driver contacted me saying my payment didn't go through. That I had to fix the issue, or they couldn't unload the truck. This is where it got on my damn nerves. 1. If I signed the papers at 2pm, why wait until almost 5pm, to charge my card. At that point, I couldn't even get through to the bank. The phone system says, the hold was over an hour. I'm sick, physically, tired. The truck driver says, oh, just call my manager. I hang up with the bank and then, they don't answer and the driver says, try tomorrow. After holding on the phone at least 30 minutes, I've hung up for nothing. The driver kept repeating, if we don't get payment, blah blah blah. STOP SAYING THAT. I HEARD YOU. I HAVE THE MONEY. SHOULD HAVE CHARGED IT WHEN THE BANK WAS OPEN. I finally get through to the bank and they say it's on the moving company's end. They advised me what to tell them, and it goes through.
Fix your system for payments. I've worked with other company's and they have square on their work phone. Never had a problem. The customer is already stressed out from moving, and you just added another thing on their plate.
My husband has been a professional mover for years. He had to instruct the movers on how to wrap, pack and load several items. We were told our birdcage would not make the move. That we should load in our car. Again, my husband, told the driver, no, this will make the trip, you have to wrap and load this way. It made the trip, intact.
Upon arriving in Las Vegas, the second payment was made.
They were rushing. My husband had to manage the unloading. He had to stress being careful with our items.
We then noticed damages to our bed. Scratches, in several areas. The driver took responsibility of the damages. Acknowledged them, but blamed a sole mover for causing the damage. That didn't sit right with my husband. This sole mover wasn't the only one helping, how did he just blame that one person? We didn't like that. Then, after reporting the damages to his manager, the driver then tells me, his manager said we tried to do repairs on our bed. WHAT? We had the bed for a year. Never had any damages. We lived in our house for over 6 years, so how would we have damages if we had never moved the bed. To be accused of trying to fix prior damages, that we never had was ridiculous.
Days later, the manager accesses our damage of $400 -$500 so, guess what, no payment, because my deductible was $1000. Conveniently. On top, I reported our missing music items. Oh, make sure you unpack everything, nothing left unclaimed is here. Because someone stole them. How does a moving company access your damages?
I even emailed the manager again about not finding the music/computer items, no response. Would I refer them again, no. This job could have been done better.
Also, note, with the issues, I gave drinks of water, soda, offered food, gave everyone a tip.

Hi Kimberly,
I did check with the dispatch area and we do not have any unclaimed property. We also checked the truck upon its return for any items left inside and did not find anything. We do encourage you to finish unpacking and get settled as items can be misplaced during - Pam Rodgers ..San Francisco, CA03Aug 2, 2023
DON'T DO IT! Call anyone first. Person answering the phone was great... but don't be fooled thats all the good there is. They agreed to drive to Groveland 3 hours away. Flat fee of $2200 for the day. I called to ask when they would arrive and how were they going to handle 6+ hours of driving on top of 8 hours of moving? They never called me back. At 11:45 Jacob and 2 very rough looking guys arrived in a 26 ft. truck and refused to drive down my driveway. Meth heads, convicts? Not sure... but I was afraid to let them in my house but needed to move out by next day.
A big fight ensued with his boss about the driveway being too steep. I told them a 26 ft truck moved me in. I agreed to get 3 pick up trucks so I could use their labor. They started squabbling about Overtime, gas premium, number of hours etc. HELLO, you fools I'm providing the trucks, gas and drivers. I said you can take the $2200 and move me or drive back home and lose all the money.
I was about to go get one of the pick up trucks when the operations manager called to say Jacob his lead driver quit. We can't do the job driver quit. I asked how are these guys getting back to Livermore? We are working on that he said. Are you kidding me? You are 4 hours away? What about your truck at the top of my driveway.. We are working on that too.
I went up to negotiate cash under the table for the 3 to load my trucks. They agreed. At this point I'm desperate. I left to go get the pickup truck and when I got back the truck and all 3 were gone. They left me at 1:45 Saturday and quit. Owner called to say sorry... we will give your $100 deposit back. You can't make this stuff up.
I found a local company that sent 4 clean cut, hardworking, strapping young men who backed a 26 ft truck down my driveway like a walk in the park. Saved me $600 bucks. Never took lunch. Showed up at 10 worked until 4 and never stopped except to say "Maam can I help you carry that.".
Don't EVER call these guys. They will quit, steal from you, lie to you, cheat you and leave you in a world of hurt. Moving shouldn't be that hard. Call JIm Vaughn Advanced Moving!Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 3Business owner information

Less than 24 hours before my move they called and left a voicemail and sent and email stating the quote provided 3 weeks prior was incorrect and raise the price by $1600.00. So disappointed since they came highly recommended. I was in shock that a company would do this after I received a quote and reserved so far in advance. Bad business values. I would give them no stars if I could.
