Local shop that's always great about working us in. Straightforward with pricing and does not ding you for the little stuff that always occurs.

Stopped in to fill up my tank. After I prepaid inside, I went out and picked up the gas nozzle, made sure it was disengaged, and as I prepared to insert the nozzle into my gas tank, about a cup of gas flowed out of the nozzle all over the side of my car.
I continued with the process of fueling my tank and went inside to explain what had happened and ask for some paper towels and water. The young lady working behind the counter informed me that they did not have any paper towels. I then asked if they had a bathroom ( I was thinking perhaps I could just get some wet toilet paper just to quickly wipe the gas off of my car.) She told me they do not have a bathroom either. Really?
This will be my last visit to this gas station. Unwilling to provide even the most basic service to a customer after a malfunction of the station's equipment. Very disappointed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Keith H.Rocky River, OH03Feb 20, 2019
Going to Spermulli's is like having a family member work on your vehicle. Anthony and his team rely on outstanding customer service and fair pricing. I have had several experiences dealing with them ranging from flat tires to mechanical issues. Always a satisfied customer.

I don't know why this place is highly rated. We we took in my car with a power steering leak and an AC compressor. He quoted me $900 for the leaking line in the power steering and $1100 for the AC. we said do the AC first (knowing it was a high quote) then he called back the next day and said there was a leak in the AC and would be ANOTHER $900. At this point I was super untrusting of these people so I said forget it. We went to pick it up and he said he filled the power steering for us and "put a clamp on" to help FREE OF CHARGE! Only, whatever he did made the car completely undrivable. It was kind of a pain before, but after what he did you could BARELY turn the wheel while driving. Took it to Rad Air, $390 and the problem is fixed. Obviously I'm never going back and wouldn't even suggest this place to someone I don't like.

Spremulli Tire is THE place to take your car for any repair if you live in western Cleveland and its suburbs. Anthony is always friendly, kind, efficient, and above all, trustworthy. The job is always done right and you will never be overcharged or upsold at this shop. I was motivated to write this review after a recent, upsetting visit to Mr. Tire on Lorain Rd in Kamms Corners. I went for an oil change and repair to my blower motor, and I was subject to every pressure sales technique under the sun. When I declined all of the services they tried to "upsell" me on, the repair work I did request was poorly done. I took my car to Spremulli, (which I regret not doing in the first place), and Anthony made time to look at it the same day and fixed the problem for NO CHARGE. This is a shop that values its customers, and even though the location is a bit of a drive, I won't go anywhere else in the future.

I have a friend that told me that I should bring my truck there for an oil change as I was continuing to go to the dealer and get ripped off.
Came here the first time and was treated fantastic! The service was impeccable! The time of wait, impeccable! The length of time to wait, perfect!
Both times I have gone, the only thing I found that is not great is, if you have people other than you waiting, seats to sit fill quickly and you just kind of have to stand and deal with it. No big deal if there for an oil change.
I have a friend at the Marathon that's attached to it so I head there and time goes quicker than it does normally! I recommend this place to anyone!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeff R.Rocky River, OH075Jan 7, 2014First to Review
This morning I noticed on our car that the air in one tire was excessively low due to a rim leak and the frigid, cold temps.
I contacted Spremulli first thing when they opened at 8:00 am asking if I could bring the car in today to fix a rim leak. They told me no, the earliest would be tomorrow. Note: I understand this and this is not what annoyed me. However, this is.
I then asked if I could at least stop by and get air to hold me to tomorrow. I was told no! Now grated today's conditions are the worst temp.'s/wind chill we have seen in ages but I simply asked if I could stop by for air.
I was told that it is too cold for the serviceman to come out and fill up this one tire. In addition, the air pump outdoors is frozen.
Now it would take the serviceman probably ninety seconds if I parked next to the door to pop out and fill up the one tire with air.
I ended up calling Sunnyside Mitubishi in Middleburg Heights as they are a former Saturn dealer and the car is a Saturn. They said bring it by any time today or tomorrow and they will get it in to fix the rim leak. No appointment necessary.
That's a huge difference in basic service.
Spremulli has lost me as a customer based on this simple one minute quick fix.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Katie M.Brunswick, OH7412381Apr 2, 2014
I've been bringing my vehicles to Spremulli since approximately 2003. I've had lots of tire repairs and replacements, oil changes, etc. plus other more involved/expensive repairs that I can't remember anymore.
In the 10 years I've been going to Spremulli, they've always been super friendly. And it's not that slimy condescending faux friendliness either.
They've always been accommodating to me. I've almost always been able to bring my car in on the day I need/want to. On Saturdays they don't really do appointments and will ask you to leave your car for the day (or some portion of the day) but they've often/usually accommodated me when that wouldn't work for me. If you're waiting for your vehicle, you can shuffle across the street to Starbucks, Michael's, Subway, Mitchell's Ice Cream, etc.
They've done a number of small quick fixes for me (and friends) over the years for no charge. For example, the sensors in my car were telling me I had a tire losing air. the folks at Spremullii confirmed there wasn't a nail or other object in the tire and there was no damage to the tire. They determined it was a problem with the sensors, which they fixed and sent me on my merry little way.
I've found their prices to be fair and their work to be good.
If you're looking for a new shop, I'd give them a try.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jesse M.Bratenahl, OH22413Apr 5, 2017
Such a great place! Honest and friendly! I highly recommend using their services. The manager, Anthony, is knowledgeable and great. I've used them several times.

Friendly staff, and quick service. This is my number one choice in the area. The prices are fair, and they have never tried to sell me any unnecessary services.
