I took my car there to be fixed, and not only was it not fixed...it had more problems than when I took it there. I paid for them to diagnose it properly and they gave me an estimate on what it was and how to fix it right. It did not work. I picked it up and drive it for 30 mins before it broke down and i have to call a tow truck at $400 of my own expense. They delivered my vehicle to S&P and they said they had another diagnostic that would require another $400. Then i picked the vehicle up AGAIN!!!!!! And drove it a day and it broke down again. This time they told me it was a fuel pump. And it would cause $700+ to fix.

This is NOT A COMPANY THAT STANDS BY ITS WORK. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD STAND BY THEIR WORK. NOT ONLY DID I LOOSE SEVERAL DAYS OF WORK LEAVING IT AT THEIR SHOP TO BE WORKED ON... THEY NEVER FIXED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND MADE MY CAR UNDRIVEABLE!!!!!

I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND MY CAR STILL ISNT FIXED!!!!!!

I brought in a set of struts to have assembled. Very easy job. They left off a bushing and now that everything is back together and the alignment is done, I have a rattle. Now I have to take it all back apart and do it over.

I had bought a used car a couple of months ago after my beloved 21 year old car bit the dust. I took my new used car in for a tune up/check up because I had a long trip coming up soon. I can not say enough nice things about this place. They will not do things that does not need to be done. They are honest and very pleasant to deal with. I must say Frank was great!. Everyone there is very friendly. I recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

I got stuck down the road and Frank and his team got me back on the road with in a few hrs. They were fast friendly and responsible with their price. If you're in the area and in need or repair on you vehicle call Frank and his guys.

We were on our way back from FL to NH in our chevy silverado, packed pretty full with our beagle and all. We got a flat in GA, so pretty early in the trip, we had really wanted to make it home in 2 days what with this Covid 19. We pulled into S&P and they stopped what they were working on to help us out, all though they didn't have a replacement, we had a full tire spare so they put that on for us (so calmly had to take all our stuff out of the way to get to the spare)
They didn't even charge us and we were back on the road.

So while traveling from South Carolina to Florida for my husband birthday my rear shocks both blew out and had to be replaced thanks to the lady cop at the Waffle House for going the extra mile and recommending this shop. And want to give the owner Mike Linton and his team for not only fitting us in but not price gauging us and getting us back on the road. In a timely fashion he originally told us 4pm and got us out by 3pm: great job guys and if you are ever in need of anything in the Richmond Hill GA area in need of any repair this is the place to come.
