Reliable Landscaping just completed our job, it turned out better than I could have imagined. Our backyard was a mess with destroyed deck and brick patio, over 30 years old. Both back and front was overgrown. We originally were only doing the back yard and replacing the deck and pavers with a stone patio, then asked if we could add a sidewalk from the driveway to the back yard - no problem. I then asked Jim if we could get on the list to be first next spring to get the front done, he said since they we're already here with equipment they could do it now. After some additional thought I asked for in ground sprinklers, again - no problem. Also changed landscaping plan to add a row of trees. This company is awesome, everyone is so nice and their work is excellent. We're enjoying our new backyard everyday

Bad customer service and rude. I needed a quote for topsoil delivery and have it spread in the low spots in the yard. They quoted me for a bigger job for $4000 more. I told them it was more than I wanted and asked for a new quote. They told me they would only do the work they quoted and to call back when I wanted it done. I asked for a new quote with what I wanted done and they wouldn't respond. I guess my job is too small for them.

Fantastic service from the initial meeting until the close of the project. Jim worked with us to keep us sliding on his schedule when our remodel was delayed, and as soon as we were ready he was able to start the job within a couple weeks. He and his crew were on site 6 days a week, often for 10+ hours, for the duration of the job. The guys were very polite, professional and tidy, always cleaning up the worksite before leaving for the day. I highly recommend Reliable Landscaping!

What a disappointment Barry was our consultant 5 yrs ago, and we were so pleased with him, because he saw our vision and gave us a quote that we could work with and come to a mutual price for the work that needed to be done. This time around it wasn't the case. I am not only shocked but appalled at the quote we got from him for the work, to be fair I will post a quote for you all to determine if my reaction is legitimate.

Brick for pavement $15 each? What are they made out of gold? They r $0.65 at any home store. Emerald green arborvitae $160? Really? The ones I want are $20. Holy removal $650? Last year we took out a dead tree for $350....seriously I am amazed at these sales rep thinking customers are stupid lets take advantage of them. Even if you add labor to all these you are expecting to make 250% for yourself? Its sad how they have become money hungry.

Reliable has been a consistent and dependable landscaping company for us the past 3 years. We always recommend Reliable to others when they express the need for landscaping services. We have used them at several locations for our landscaping needs and our hard-scape paver patio addition. They are dependable, on time and the end result has been very satisfying. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommended Landscaping company. The crew was quick, precise polite and professional.
The owner was cheerful, knowledgeable, and informative.
The owner followed up when the job was complete for a walkthrough. I pointed out some things that I wasn't sure I liked, and he had the crew out the next day, no questions, no problems, just to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect, and to my liking.
I had my property graded to allow water to flow away from the house, and plumbing buried in the yard that runs from my gutter downspouts out to the end of the driveway. I also had them roto-till the yard, mix in soil condition and grade the lot in preparation for me to put down grass sod myself. I also had a small concrete slab installed and some nice rocks put in the backyard where there is not enough sunlight for grass. They did a fantastic job.

They got my money and did not seem to be interested in anything else.

The estimated schedule slipped from possible early summer to possible early fall. After confronting them, they just replied by saying they have refunded the down payment. That was three weeks ago. Have not received a refund yet.

This company was amazing work work with. They fixed our front and our back yard (repair needed due to roots and flooding) and did a phenomenal job. We expected them to take several days to complete the work but their crew arrived early and were finished in less than a day. They are friendly, informative and also clean (they didn't leave a speck of dirt out of place). Our yard looks amazing and we are so happy!
