Raymond's Hilltop

STAY AWAY! Went in for an inspection sticker.... left with a problem.

I took my truck to Rays on 2/19/18 for an inspection sticker, and it failed for drivers side ball joints. I had them replaced and went back to Rays on 2/21/18 for a re-inspection. It passed.

Immediately upon leaving, I noticed a banging in the front end (drivers side) of my truck every time I applied the brakes. I called Ray's from my car (not 30 minutes after leaving the garage; I hadn't even parked it yet) to tell him something was wrong and to see if they could check it out.

The guy who answered (he was the one that did the inspection) told me that there's no way he could have done it, and that it must be a coincidence. When I told him that I didn't think it was a coincidence (the banging literally started the second I pulled away from the garage; and it wasn't doing it before) he swore at me and hung up the phone on me. He was extremely rude and it was clear that his only concern was to avoid any sort of admission of guilt. I can't believe the way this guy just talked to me... a paying customer.

SCUMBAGS!

I have gone to Raymond's Hilltop for about four years or so now and they always take great care of me! They do great work and have been so helpful with all of my car questions.

They take the time to explain the problems and the solutions to me. They never try to talk me into unecessary work and sometimes tell me things I thought had to be fixed weren't needed.

I take comfort in knowing that they really care about their customers' safety. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good honest garage that won't clean out your wallet.
