I met Morgana and Alex only 24 hours after booking with them (online) and they did a fantastic job!

They vacuumed, cleaned my tiles, bathrooms, tidied up every room, made my kitchen less of a mess, washed any remaining dishes, even took out the trash, and did it all in about 2.5 hours!

They were so nice and easy to communicate with - they texted me 10min before they finished so that I could be home to inspect everything & lock the door after them.

Payment wise - you pay a $40 deposit up front and the rest via card/check/cash later.

I've been having Prime Cleaning clean my house monthly for about a year now - Morgana and her husband at first and then Istella for the past 6 months or so. All of them are very sweet (they appreciate my bad attempts at Portuguese), and they do a good job, especially considering that I have 4 cats and all the dusting/floor issues that come with that. Their prices are also very fair. Be prepared for Istella to use a roll of paper towels on every visit. :) I typically reserve 5 stars for "WOW" performances, which would include, for example, dusting the ceiling fans, but for keeping the house liveable in the face of 4 cats and being very flexible with scheduling, I don't hesitate to give Prime four stars. Thanks for all your good work!

These guys were here for a LONG time. The advertised and estimate deal was a SET price to stay until I was happy with the result. (Other deals were per hour which I did not take.) They didn't do that (when they got to the first story (they started upstairs), they told me they had been here long enough after cleaning just a few things). They also broke my HDMI cable that makes my non-WIFI computer work. They permanently scratched my SS sink that was only 2 months old and then denied it. Since I had used it that morning, COME ON! She said she could prove it was not done by her because she typed into her own phone: "He was watching me" referring to my roommate gaming at the kitchen table. He not only never even glanced at her from his game but from his position would not have been able to see what she was cleaning the sink with. And why is she writing creepy unjust messages like that on her phone about her customers? Did she write it in the moment thinking it would help with her denials? It was very weird.

They do not speak English well enough to properly communicate. (One of them, the husband I think, seemingly speaks no English at all.) When giving the in-home estimate, they agreed to clean all I asked for. I should have been clued in that their answer was always: "You want clean, we do." (This was not what happened.)

They showed up un-announced the next night at my door and said they forgot "his jacket" and then walked in and made themselves at home without asking to come in. I had his jacket by the front door so this was unnecessary. I used this opportunity to show them the sink and they immediately used the opportunity to try to "polish" out the permanent scratches from the sink.

I had to literally ask them to "Please get out of my house." Don't trust these people.

So unprofessional and rude that I had to cancel the appointment. Came to my house for deep\spring cleaning and said the house was dirty, I strongly disagree as the house was just regular dirty and if it were already clean why would I pay $100 an hour for cleaning. Also the man Carlos was wearing shoes(no cover) and walking on my carpet, I believe this is how house gets dirty. He looked at all the rooms and kitchen and went back to his car and texted us from there that he'll charge extra for the cleaning and when we tried to call (he was outside the house) he didn't even pickup and left in his car.

Morgana and her husband are so sweet, punctual, and their attention to detail won me over. My house has never been so clean. Days later I'm still noticing some of the extra things they cleaned that you might not otherwise notice. We hired them to come bi-weekly and I'm so thrilled to have finally found a great housekeeper.
