No standardized process across locations. Employees providing different information, stipulations not listed anywhere on company website. Return phone calls nonexistent from district office.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. From today's experience, I was planning to close out my account and remove any items from my storage bin. I drove up to the gate to input my key code and it said "access denied." Thinking maybe my key code was incorrectly dialed in. I tried again and the same thing happened. Ok then, let me go into the office and see what's up. I gave the peoples my name to look up my account, and I forgot the exact date I started with them. Today's the 30th, they told me I was ONE DAY LATE from paying my bill, so they mentioned they put a padlock on my storage unit. Then up to this point, everything is all good. This is the dialogue. "Ma'am, I'm going to close out my account today. I don't think there's anything in the unit but wanted to double check and recover my lock." "Sir, well since you are a day late, we locked up your storage unit. We can PRORATE you a price for a day, so you can grab your items." I'm thinking to myself, are you serious, 'PRORATE You a Price.' They also Had to mentioned that if I left any items in the unit they will charge for cleaning it out. Shaking my head at all this nonsense, for one day. So it's totally my fault not coming beforehand and I get that, but the principle of the One Day is driving me crazy. Just be aware, also the Prorated Price was $5 for one day. I recovered my lock and in the unit was only a folded up moving box. If they wanted $5 they could of just asked me for it instead of this nonsense. Lesson of today, "Don't be ONE Day Late or You'll pay A Prorated Fee.' Guaranteed!!!

I was in a bind to place my household goods in storage. I went blind and this was the 1st one on ny google search.
Great customer service! The store manager was very polite and helpful. I didn't even have to ask what the specials were. She asked me what I needed to store and got me the right sized locker & deal.
Environment- Very clean. Great lighting. No worries about rats.
Bonus points- 1. The courtesy flat bed carts made my move so much easier. 2. U Haul vans & trucks available.

It was an emergency and we needed storage ASAP. Lashay wzs so great with helping us get another unit I wzs happy as she made it easy. I will always look to lease from her. Great customer service!

Place is always clean and temperature control is good. Staff at front desk sometimes have an attitude and forget that they are there to help you.

Office staff is courteous, professional and made the application process pleasurable. Location is convenient and easily accessible and the storage building is kept very clean. So far, very happy with my storage experience at this location!
