About the Business
Established in 2008. Started in 2008 at a location on East Main Street in Plainfield. In 2016 moved to a new shop facility in Plainfield just a mile away from our old location next to SR 267 S. on Clarks Creek Road. We have added equipment and shop space to provide better services for our customers. We are improving daily on creating a better service center and dealer for our customers.

All my previous eight car purchases except one have been through a franchised dealership and the experiences were all about the same, not overly negative or positive. From time to time I check various auto websites just to see what is out there. I discovered Luxury Auto Depot had, in my opinion, a real gem. I contacted them and spoke to Hernan. That was the start of a very positive relationship and one I do not feel I could ever have received from a franchised dealer and certainly one I have never had in my past experiences with purchasing a car. Working with Hernan was like a breath of fresh air in regards to the entire buying process and especially the personal attention I received after the sale. Hernan was very accommodating and I felt I got honest answers upfront to all my questions. He also went above and beyond to make my buying experience by far the most positive I have ever had and has earned my respect as both a person and a businessman. I will, without question, be a return customer. How Luxury Auto Depot conducts business and treats its customers should be held up as examples for dealerships of all sizes.

This was best best car buying experience at Luxury Auto Depot in all my years of purchasing many vehicles. Hernan is very professional courteous and extremely knowledgeable of luxury vehicles.I appreciate the additional education during this process of my vehicle choice BMW428ixM!!!!

We spent over $1,000 for service on a BMW X5 and within a week 2 belts came off and the car stopped! They told us it was unrelated to the previous work done and had to shell out another $400 & we purchased the car in Dec 2017 from this same place. They have previously worked on our Volvo, Acura and BMW over the past 5+ years! We are done with Corey and Herman! Highly disappointed. Pls beware, we never met or saw the mechanic. Buy and service your investments at a reputable establishment, not this one!

If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend going here first! Unlike most dealerships, they're not only courteous, but more importantly honest! Unfortunately "most" dealerships are not today, and will do anything to sell you a vehicle (saying things like a "multi-point inspection" was done, making you feel there are limited to no issues with a vehicle). I can't say how many times over the past 15 years I've looked at vehicles after the so called "multi-point inspection" and found major mechanical issues, even at big dealerships (which you would think would take the time to inspect prior to putting out on the lot). Hernan (the owner) was extremely helpful, honest, and even was willing to work with me on some of the repairs on a particular vehicle I liked. Including telling me what issues can be common with the specific vehicle I looked at, and what to do to prevent them. Not only that, he actually followed up when promised. Overall we had a great conversation to where I felt like I was apart of the family, and felt comfortable enough to proceed with the purchase even though the repairs were not completed yet. By far one of the best experiences I've had in regards to a car purchase! Considering this, I don't think I'll ever go back to a big named dealership as you typically don't receive the same care as you would somewhere like here. Let alone the owner telling you of other problems he found after getting the vehicle on a lift. Again, this is the place you want to go if in need of a vehicle!!! We have had nothing but great customer service with every interaction we have had with Luxury Auto Depot. From purchasing our ML320, to service everyone there has been great. No runaround like other dealerships, and I will definitely refer others to them.
