Extremely disappointed! I had planned for a job back in November to be done this spring. They called the morning of at 7am stating they were on their way as the trees had arrived. During the process I ended up replanting the drift roses in front as they just threw them in with no planned positioning. They planted 2 spruce trees in wrong places...one on my easement so it's no my tree now. They did half of the work and when I called to have him come out to see if he would work with me on balance due since all the work wasn't done. His response was you changed it. Why should I pay for work that wasn't completed? Shame shame shame on them as I am one who sticks with a company and I would have used every year for mulch and feeding of trees. His response again was he has customers he's had for 50 years. Well...the way he works now he won't be getting any repeat business from me!

They were working nearby in my neighborhood and I asked them for an estimate on an overgrown, bothersome tree in my backyard. After arriving at a very reasonable price they came right over and did a fantastic job. Unlike some companies that barely cut off any limbs making costly return trips necessary in the near future, these folks did a great job of thinning out and rounding my tree just like I wanted it done. They were very alert to detail and did a complete, tidy cleanup job. Friendly, professional folks. I'd highly recommend them!
