Good Hope Service

Had a very good experience here. Oil change was done very quickly and was very fairly priced. Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer for years. This shop is always honest, always fair, and has found issues I didn't even know about before they were an issue. Very professional always and communication is already great.

Quite obvious clunk and worn out suspension components (clearly visible underneath vehicle)

Cool thanks. Maybe stimulus money has everyone bringing in their cars and they didn't want to work on another?

You wasted both yours and my time.

I have taken my truck there a few times for an oil change, and each time I get my truck back sounding and running like new. They are very professional and there knowledge about vehicles shows. They take good care of their costumers I will keep going back.

I attempted to get my car fixed at an auto shop across the street from this business. Long story short, that auto shop charged me $450 to fix my car without actually fixing it and told me it was going to be another $850 to fix what actually needed to be fixed. Needless to say i was absolutely irate. As i was walking out of Midas, I noticed this place. I thought it was just a gas station, but noticed service doors so I called them in a panic.

A man by the name of John answered and I am sure he could tell i was stressed out and losing my mind. John was genuine and calmed me down and got me thinking straight again. He told me to drop the car off and they would take a look at it and see if they could figure out what was wrong.

The next morning I dropped the car off. Within a couple hours John called me and told me exactly what the problem was (and the $850 quote from Midas? Yeah, they were going to fix another part that didn't need fixing). Not only did these folks diagnose the problem correctly, they had it fixed in a few hours and for way less.

Because of John and the rest of the crew at Good Hope Service, I will be a customer for life. They are way out of my way (I live in muskego), but I don't really care... Dealing with this group has been like no other experience when dealing with auto mechanics.

Today I stopped at the mobile gas station attached to Good Hope Service to get gas. Cones everywhere due to gas station updating its computer system. I asked one of the guys in the shop for air station. He said around corner. Luckily I had 6 quarters for $1.50 air. (Wished they'd helped me and had an air tank for free.) I tried to fill tire and off popped my corroded air nozzle of my back left tire. Air flying out on way to a total flat. I ran to shop. John ran behind me and I took a cap off another tire to cap. But had a real issue. John said I think we have the right sensor for my Volvo and said $75. Called my Volvo friend Oscar, he said right price. They took car right away, patched my tire that did have a nail in it, and new TPMS sensor.
They barely charged for the labor. John, Kyle and Zach were kind and did all the work as quickly as possible. Really lucky I was there. Very nice to get right to the issue. Kudos Team GHS! Thank you, Mary

I have had my trail blazer worked on a couple times here. very friendly and clean. They always tell me what is wrong and how much before they jump in to the job. My wife also has had work on her Honda there and tire. She said it was better then going to the deal and friendlier

I was from out of state, and working locally when my radiator decided to explode.of courses decided to do this the morning I was leaving to drive back to Michigan. I left my truck in the hotel parking lot, and rode home with a colleague. On the way home I did some research, and found Good Hope Service. When I called and explained my problem, they immediately told me exactly how much the tow cost would be, and said within a couple of hours they would contact me to let me know what the problem was. ( at the Time I was unsure exactly what the problem was) before I got home which was about 4 hour drive. They had towed my truck back to their shop and investigated the problem. They told me that the radiator was no good, but that needed to be fixed before they could see if anything else was damaged. They told me exactly what it would cost, including the tow charge. I said ok. Within 6 hrs they called me back, and said that I was good to go! The price was exactly what they had
quoted me,They installed new parts, not a refurbished radiator. Drove back to Wisconsin two days later and drove it home. GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT STAFF!

I have been doing business with Good Hope Service for around 7yrs now. Consistently they have been professional, friendly, and A1 service in repairing my vehicle. My very first experience with them sold me on being a long-term future customer. I had a loud knocking noise coming from my engine. Three different shops told me I threw a rod & needed to have the engine replaced/rebuilt. Stopped in at Good Hope Service and the then now retired manager John told me it was only a blown spark plug. Had the work done and the car ran perfectly fine thereafter. He could have very well taken advantage of me like the three previous shops I went to find out what was wrong. The new manager John picked up where previous management left off, friendly, courteous, professional, and A1 service. I feel very fortunate & blessed to do business with Good Hope Service. They do the job right the first time & reasonable rates. Being less than a mile from me is a plus also. I have given their business card to many people but unfortunately they choose to have their repairs done elsewhere or by the alley mechanic complaining afterwards how they were ripped off, over charged & poor workmanship. I very rarely post reviews but felt the need to do for this business because they are simply the best at what they do. Thank you John and crew for the great service I have received over the years.
