Gonzales House Leveling

Paid this company many thousands of dollars to level my house. They also had to rip out old floors and replace them. I asked for additional tearout and floor replacement and they never gave me an itemized estimate of the new repair. But the real problem is that they would not remove all the trash, wood debris after their work. They want me to get rid of the trash myself..What kind of reputable company doesn't remove the debris after a job? Very disappointed and of course now they don't answer my messages about the itemized statement. DON'T use them unless you want junk on your property and no follow-ups by them.

I used this company to do a lot of work on my house. One of the things they did was to add a new addition to the house. They also installed a metal roof on my home. Ten years later my roof is leaking. The insurance company examined the roof. The metal is fine, as it should be. The place where they, Gonzalez, put two parts of the roof together was not done correctly, and that is now leaking.
The insurance declined to fix the roof so I contacted Gonzales House Leveling and explained the problem. A month later they showed up to inspect the roof, and said they would give me an estimate. I explained to them that the roof is not that old and should not be leaking, especially since it is a metal roof. Shoot, a regular roof should not have been leaking. They knew there was a problem with the way the roof was installed, but refused to remedy the problem. I was willing to pay for the repairs on the inside of the house caused by the leaking roof, I just expected them to fix the faulty joining to the roof. They refused. They refused to stand by what they built, which was a leaky roof. This company does not care about their reputation. They refuse to stand by their product, what they built. Buyer beware.

About a year ago, I hired Mr. Gonzales to repair the foundation of my home in Waxahachie, TX. There were only a couple of issues including a bedroom door that wouldn't close and a crack in the sheetrock here and there. My first mistake was paying them in full before any work was done. The crew showed up as scheduled to do the work and discovered water under the house due to a minor plumbing issue. They happened to have the part on the truck and fixed it for me since they were already under the house. I was very appreciative of that and even offered to pay for the part and labor. They declined and worked for a couple more hours. They then told me that the ground under the house would have to dry out before the work could be completed. That was totally fine with me and we scheduled a date for them to come finish up. This is where my issue with the company begins. Twice they supposedly showed up and no one was home but I never got a phone call or door tag or anything and I'm more than sure they never showed. Now, they dont return my calls and are just acting like I'm S.O.L. So basically I paid $650 for a new rubber boot around a pipe to stop a leak under the house!! My door still will not close and the cracks in the sheetrock are getting worse. They didnt fix anything I paid them to fix. I could've fixed the leak for a small fraction of the cost. I'd like to know how many others have been robbed by these people. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company for anything at all! Damn sure dont pay these scam artists up front. There are too many great companies out there that have morals and values and actually care about their customers enough not to rip them off !!
