This shop was recommended to me by a colleague whose entire family has been taking their vehicles to Herman (the owner) for years. I'm so glad I asked for a recommendation. No more getting ripped off or talked down to at Good Year. Herman is knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, honest. He always gives me a fair price and does great work. He's also a really nice person. Every time I've taken my car to other shops they talk to me like I'm a toddler because I'm a woman, and try to convince me to unnecessarily replace parts because they think I'm clueless. I've never had this problem with Herman. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

Not bad at all. Price wasnt killer and they did a pretty good job in a short period of time. They left everything cleaner than they found it from what I can tell

I would highly recommend going to see Herman. He is very honest and he is very reasonably priced. My brother recommended him to me and he had to do a massive tuneup on my 2003 Toyota Camry and the car runs as good as new. I will never take my car anywhere else but to his garage.

My car broke down on the garden state parkway. I live in upstate New York and the car had to get towed somewhere. Read just the one yelp review about this shop. Place wasn't even open at the time. Was nervous!! And had to leave the car unsure what the extent of the problem was. Also had to get it fixed without even being near by. Herman, the owner right from the start was easy to talk to and felt at ease w the situation. Had to deal w an extended warranty company, (that was pure evil) and also be concerned about the cost. Turns out the warranty was denied and now had much more expensive options. This shop did not force me to fix something more than I needed to get the car home. Totally trusting. Understood my dilemma. The price was much better than I thought it would be. Even for the first time tipped them cause I got my car back and felt assured it was safe and sound. Just genuine nice guys, not always easy to find in the auto repair world. Very highly recommend them.
