Moran was very professional and very nice. He did a very nice job for my grandma's house. He also offered us a very reasonable price. Very high quality finish. Moran was helpful from the very first day and he is always available to answer and help us all the time.

A number of things were particularly impressive about our experience with G&M Home Remodeling. First, they were super responsive -- we had a call back immediately and set up an in-person appointment by the next week. And then we were able to start the remodel less than two weeks later!

We remodeled two bathrooms and our kitchen floor, and the whole job (while we stayed in the house) took six weeks from start to finish. Throughout the job, Jonah was great about checking in daily and keeping us updated about progress. I especially appreciate the time he took to meet us at the tile store to help with tile selection.

Our new bathrooms are functional and beautiful, and our new kitchen floor changes how that whole part of the house looks and feels. We couldn't be happier!

Amazing. From start to finish. G&M recently remodeled two of our bathrooms and we could not be happier. They were easy to work with, clean and efficient. Communication throughout the entire project went seamlessly. They made a relatively stressful situation into an easy one.

G&M was contracted to do the exterior painting of my house. It was a very easy and pleasant process from the free estimate through the completion of the job. The painting crew was very diligent and they always cleaned up after each day. They also took time to hear about my concerns and address them. I would recommend to give them a try on any home remodeling job. you have in mind.

Called G&M and a few other contractors. I had a couple of ideas and really wanted some input on the best option for the $$$. We decided on adding a new half bath to our very small house (as our family has grown). This included updating the kitchen floor and adding a couple walls and plumbing, electrical and gas. They provided a detailed scope of work and their prices were better than 3 other bids. By a good amount. But to be honest, I would have chosen them more for the honest discussion in regards to my wish list and what was cost effective.

Once they were selected, I was a little worried. They said we would get this job done in 3 weeks. I have lived through several over promised projects before. But to cut to the end, they finished 3 days shy of 3 weeks, and this was during the heaviest rain storms we have had in quite some time. The whole crew were respectful, prompt and did excellent work. If I ever had a concern, they took photos and had it resolved the next day.

In comparison this was a small job, but we made it difficult as we were still in the house as they worked on it. Didn't phase them at all. And honestly this would probably have been done sooner except for my delays in selecting a vanity and toilet.

Jonah was very helpful and attentive throughout the process.

Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again once I decide on the next wishlist proje

From start to finish this was by far the easiest remodel I have ever done. I've done MANY remodels before but for work, never home. I went into this experience knowing there would be ups and downs, but I am happy to say it was all ups. The communication was superb. Jonah came out and met with me, asked me what I wanted and what my budget was. Between him and the designer they were able to literally take what was in my head and put it to a beautiful mock up. I was so impressed with the mock up but did not believe it would be as good as what I was seeing, and I was right. It was BETTER! My new bathroom far exceeds what my expectations were. Here are some wonderful points that I feel the need to point out.
1- Excellent communication between Jonah and Gil
2-All workers are actual employees of the company.
3-They cleaned up after themselves
4-Great payment schedule throughout the project.
5-Total work time was approximately 3 weeks. Total time was 6 weeks due to shipping issues.

I am so happy I chose G&M. The value of the work definitely matched the price.

G&M Home Remodeling did an AMAZING job. They showed up on time every day, worked hard, and finished the job ahead of schedule. Jonah is totally on top of the job and his crew is courteous, friendly, clean and efficient. Every question is answered, everything is done right and as promised... you really can't ask for anything more. Joseph and his crew earned every one of these stars. They were thorough and professional in every regard and handled every issue in my home from roofing to mold abatement to replastering, painting and even recarpeting. Now my home looks brand new!

My wife and I had been planning our kitchen renovation in our condo for over a year as we are both detail obsessed designers. We met with half a dozen contractors and decided on G&M because we liked Jonah's positive "can do" attitude towards our vision. During the renovation process we ran into some issues with some unforeseen field conditions mainly a gas line that was supplying our upstairs neighbor that was threatening to the overall design. Jonah's calm and measured demeanor helped to sooth our stress levels throughout the construction process. He was always accessible and quick to react to issues. We ended up with our dream kitchen and couldn't be happier. Also, major shout out to Dimael, his attention to detail was the highlight of our experience.

My wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen and wanted a reliable contractor so we committed to speak to as many GCs (General Contractors) and/or companies as we can for the best price as that was initially the most important factor in our minds.

We had numerous consultations and finally came across G&M through Yelp. One of their Project Managers, Jonah, came to meet with us and was very clear and presented a vision for our kitchen. He understood our goals, timelines, and budget. His quote came slightly above our budget, but we got a good vibe from him, so we agreed to a 2nd meeting a couple weeks later. It was then we met G&M's owner, Joe, whose professional and personable demeanor solidified our belief that we have found the right GC. They possessed the important traits that we were looking for, particularly honesty, and the ability to communicate in the clearest way possible. Therefore, we trusted our instinct to move forward with G&M and soon thereafter met with their designer to get our vision onto a layout.

Beginning from the first day of the renovation and every day thereafter, Jonah was very attentive and monitored our project throughout. Everyone whom we've met were courteous and considerate, as a result, we did not feel stressed and looked forward to each day as the remodel went on; and we felt content at the end of each work week as the remodel progressed. All the teams that G&M brought, included paint, plumbing, electrical, floor, tile, installations, were deft in their specialty and they tidied up after every job. There were few unforeseen issues that popped up along the way, but Jonah swiftly provided viable solutions and resolved them with an empathetic manner every time. When we wanted changes made, we were met with patience and our requests were handled promptly. Whenever an issue arose that justified a price adjustment, G&M was more than fair to our favor. We appreciated our project manager Jonah's consistently responsive service and the many chats that kept us motivated and excited.

In hindsight, G&M was the general contractor with the best price. They've treated us with straight forward, honest, and prompt communication, and delivered on their promises at a price point that exceeded our expectations. We have them in mind for our next project since we are thrilled with the kitchen remodel's result.

We contacted G&M Home Remodeling to help repair and finish a crawlspace opening on the outside of our house. After they came to inspect under the house, we spoke with Jonah and decided it was a good time to do seismic retrofitting (bolting) of the foundation as well. We had bought the house a few months earlier and we knew that it needed to bolting eventually. Jonah was able to help us figure out financing and save us money on the crawlspace work (since they could be done together) which allowed us to do the retrofit sooner rather than later.


We worked with Jonah and Lief who are both very nice guys and really responsive. Their crew came and did the whole foundation in a few days as promised. The crawlspace took a little longer, but they were able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns quickly. They definitely went above and beyond explaining how they reinforced the opening which made me feel safe.
