I went to Fowler's last week for the first time and I am SO grateful to have found a truly trustworthy mechanic. Thank you !!!

If anyone is looking for a good and honest shop to take their vehicle Fowler's Automotive is the place. Over the years I have been to other shops, dealers, chain places etc. that want to rip you off and sell you things you don't need. A neighbor recommended Fowler's to me and I am so glad they did. Jeff is fantastic and so nice to work with. I am a single woman and I always feel I am getting an honest and fair assessment of what my vehicle needs and a fair price.

Longtime local auto garage that has been our go to mechanic and lifesaver since 2002. Jeff Fowler is the owner and he personally interacts with each customer to diagnose your car troubles. I trust this shop more than a dealership for honesty, price and a thorough diagnosis. If Fowler's can't help you, Jeff has the contacts to get you to the right shop or dealership if that is your best option. He has diagnosed problems with computer chip errors that the dealership could not on our Toyota Sienna Van. We called Fowler's yesterday afternoon with a nail in tire. Jeff had us patched up early so we could get to work, but had a new tire waiting and replaced before closing. Customer service and dependability that is hard to find particularly with auto repair.

Great shop, first time I've ever taken my truck in and cost was less than estimate, given. Turns out once they checked it out didn't need as much work as first thought. My new god to place, work done right and on time.

I just got back from getting my car repaired for the first time at Fowler's Automotive, and I've got to say, Jeff has definitely made a positive impression on me! I called earlier in the week to set up an appointment on Friday and everything went well with that. Then, I arrived early in the morning to the shop and I was in the door rather quickly. During the entire time, I was kept in the loop regarding my car throughout. I truly do feel like I was treated like a valued customer and what Fowler's Automotive does differently is that they don't try to upsell you on things you necessarily don't need at the time to try to get more money out of you at that time. Thank you very much for the service and I will definitely return for future auto repairs!

Took my parents' car here for some basic maintenance and repairs. I believe it was Jeff that helped us.

Reasonable, competitive prices. As a female with elderly parents, most importantly, they are upfront and honest about car diagnostics. We told them the issues and he didn't give us a laundry list of additional repairs to make. They tested the battery and although it wasn't imperative to replace immediately, we decided to replace. No pressure or sales tactics were used to make decisions.

Highly recommend. Haven't personally tried them with major repairs, but my parents had their car's A/C repaired here and were happy with end results and price.

What Fowler's Automotive is a no-frills auto shop that has been in business for over 3 decades. Jeff is an expert at his trade and works diligently to fix cars at the lowest price. Having Jeff as a mechanic is like knowing a friend in the business. He is honest, hardworking, and will give you the options to save you money-a rare quality to find in a mechanic.

Fowler is one of those dream shops. Jeff, the owner and head mechanic, is very diligent in what he delivers and in the staff he chooses. Pricing is fair, repairs are expedient and necessary, and, if necessary, prioritized to be budget-friendly.

I was a client of AutoNation because of the warranty that came with my car and I never enjoyed dealing with the team leaders or believe the repairs weren't tampered with/excessively unnecessary/overpriced. That is nothing like the experience I have at Fowler's. It is refreshing to actually be able to trust an auto shop.

Jeff and Kevin Fowler are the best around. Always a good repair and always at a fair price.
I had a dealer that brags that there is "no better way to" well you know who I mean.
Their mechanics try to rip you off saying brake cylinders are shot, Discs are warped, Pads are worn out etc.
Jeff Checked my daughters worn out brakes and they needed nothing. Pads still had 70%.
Jeff has serviced all 5 of our cars and never a complaint. Highly recommend.

I like to drive my vehicles for a long, long time. The older they get, the more I like them. I currently have a 1996 & 2002 Mazda and a 2001 Nissan. They are all currently over 100K miles; the Nissan is significantly higher.

Although all the vehicles have been reliable as I could ask for, when you drive a car for a long time, things are going to break and need regular maintenance. Jeff and Kevin at Fowler's Automotive have become two of my favorite folks in Safety Harbor.

Their work is performed in a timely manner and they deliver high quality service. I can't speak to cost, because after I found them three years ago, I never took my cars anywhere else.

In addition to the quality service, the thing that guarantees I will always go back to them is their dedication to ethical business practices. Several times I've taken a vehicle in for repair expecting significant work to be undertaken, they have called me with excellent news of being able to isolate the problem to relatively inexpensive sensors or other minor repairs. A less ethical garage would have given me exactly what I was expecting, along with a very expensive bill. Jeff and Kevin do not operate that way. They fix problems and send you away a very satisfied customer.

I would (and do) recommend them to everybody. They are excellent mechanics and ethical business people.
