Fada Cleaners

After reading all the good reviews I was really disappointed in this company. He was totally unorganized, didn't return my calls and forgot what he told me a couple times.

I called on a Monday for a Friday cleaning. said he'd call me back and never did. I called again and they set up an appointment for Wednesday to give an estimate. They never showed up. He called and rescheduled for Thursday at noon. At 3 I went to work and he called asking when he could come. I ended up using someone else because they couldn't get their schedule sorted out at all!

Wish I could add my experiences on their cleaning performance, but that's what earned them 2-stars. Despite multiple appointments, they haven't made one of them. C'mon guys. Seriously?

I am very disappointed. The "deep" cleaning that I paid extra for was sub-par. They had really good reviews so I had high expectations. There were very obvious oversights. surfaces that are in plain sight were left completely untouched. All of the window sills were as well. I would not hire them again. I am writing this after contacting the company to see if we could resolve it, but my messages have gone unanswered.

These cleaners are amazing. I live with six girls & we aren't the best about keeping our house clean especially the kitchen & even when we moved in our landlord did not do too good of a job getting it cleaned before we got there.

They were so meticulous. The vacuumed and mopped every floor in the house, which was so needed after Halloween weekend. There were feathers and spilled drinks; it was a mess to say the least. We did the best cleaning we could even before our cleaners go there, but they made our old house feel new. They were amazing at cleaning my room: vacuuming the rugs & mopping the floor in the corners that the rug didn't reach. Our bathroom has also never looked so amazing even when we first moved in. They scrubbed the toilet, sink, and shower, and mopped the floors.

Even with all this amazing work, I was most impressed with the cleaning in the kitchen. They removed all the appliances and wiped the counter underneath them, put away all the dishes, washed the dishes, cleaned the stove, organized all the snacks, and most impressively organized and cleaned the refrigerator.

I think their price is very reasonable, and if you tell them you plan on using them multiple times and want to make it a regular occasion they will charge you less per visit.

Leticia & Zima were the two cleaners that came to my house, and they were so so sweet. I don't have a car, and I asked Zima if she could drive me down the street so that I could go to the ATM and withdraw cash to pay them, and she happily did.

I have certain criteria for good cleaners, and they met all of them.
-don't charge per hour
-give you a free consultation to give you an estimate
-good personality and attitude while working
-doesn't make you uncomfortable when you ask them to do something

Fada! What a great experience! These guys were awesome. No doubt, they far exceeded my expectations. I've used other cleaning services before and had to demand my money back; not to mention that i have a latin mother so i KNOW the difference between clean and not clean. Thanks to Miriam, Richard, and Sebastien for being so professional, thorough, and friendly. This place looks 1000x better than it did before they got here. I would no doubt use them again. I'd recommend them to anybody and everybody.

I'm surprised at the previous two reviews because I had a great experience! My boyfriend and I have a small apartment with a lot of stuff and we both have very busy jobs. We try to keep it clean ("try" is the operative word) but aren't always the best at "deep cleaning" on a regular basis. We needed help. I called these guys on a weekend and we scheduled something the same week. They were flexible, easy to communicate with, responsive, and on time in both the cleaning and providing the estimate. I asked to focus primarily on the trouble kitchen and bathroom areas. When I came home, both were looking great-- sparkly and smelling minty. Everything was in its place when done, too -- no reorganizing necessary. This is such a big help. Thanks!!!

Such a great company! They do a fantastic job, always pleasant and my house has never looked better. By far the best cleaning company I have ever used.

Fada Cleaners is awesome. They do a great job on our house and are very reasonable. Whenever we walk into the house after they have been here we are amazed and so pleased. Their work just makes you feel better. They are great at all the little touches as well. They never stop amazing me. Angenita cleans our place and is fabulous.

I can say enough about this company! They are by far the best! They are into the details! Everything is always so clean! I'm a full time student so I don't have much time to clean my place, but now, it's never a problem! I moved here from Vancouver in sept and had them cleaning my place since then. Btw they also clean my building (archstone northpoint).

Have been using Fada for about 2 years. I used to do my own cleaning because, frankly, I did a great job. But things changed - don't have the time - and now I've been spoiled by the Fada folks. Was referred to them by someone in my apartment complex. They are always polite...quick and THOROUGH... They WORK.....and I'm always very pleased with the results. And, yes, they do a better job than I used to! HIGHLY recommend.
