I called them to see if they could take in my Mercedes, but the man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very passive aggressive and short. I would not recommend them.

I was referred to this place by another long time customer with nothing but great things to say about it. This business is run by really wonderful people. I completely trust and respect their opinions, which is definitely hard to find these days in the car repair business. They have done an amazing job every time I have been in there and done the job WAY cheaper than other places would have. This place is the only place to go in my opinion!

The person who answered was rude on the phone. He was not hearing the conversation well, though I could hear him clearly. No matter what the reason about the phone signal was, as a customer service , you should not making passing aggressive comments and hung up on a customer.

Robert and Penny operate the best Mercedes vehicle repair we have ever experienced. They are thoughtful and conscientious, and run a very professional auto repair business. Robert is an encyclopedia of knowledge about older Mercedes and can keep your "baby" running smoothly without breaking the bank. Penny is a great "front person" for the organization and keeps everything running smoothly. Even their mechanic "dogs" are nice to see.
Rest assured they will take good care of you and your Mercedes!
