Uriel, the assistant manager, went above and beyond in customer service. They made sure I was helped right away, gave me a correct estimate of the time I would wait, and even providing me with multiple quotes on different tires that I would need in the near future. I was able to see how they interacted with other customers and I truly believe they pride themselves in great customer service. Finally, opening at 7AM is such a huge benefit that only reassured me that I can handle any tire needs before needing to head into work. Any business and employee that makes your tire experience that pleasant, deserves to be reviewed.

Took my 95 bronco in for brake evaluation .. I had purchased tires here before ....

front brake started to lightly grind two day before ...
I had a brake job and rotors replaced last year
At a different mechanic .. cost was about $500...

Did a little research and read brakes last about 30,000 miles ... so made sense .. time for new brake pads ...
Was told brake, rotors, calipers and the mechanism that Engages the caliper was stuck and had to be rebuilt .. that the front right break pads was stuck to the rotors

Estimate quote for repair $1,500

I looked at the guy .. told him I don't think your mechanic is being truthful ...
I had my rotors changed last year ...

Took to another mechanic ....
for another opinion ...
said rotors had a little wear and rear , but still were plenty fine

He fixed the brakes .. said mechanism just needed to be cleaned and lubed .. brake pad $45 and I gave him $150 to labor ...

Brakes work fine now ....

Big O ... done lost a customer , trying to rip people off

i went in for an oil change. The guy in the front jose was very helpful. Everything was fast and prompt. The front desk staff is friendly so I'll definitely be coming back.

QaBam!!! went our right rear tire on our Honda Accord just as we passed a semi going south of San Jose on I-5 an hour from Bakersfield. So we limped in on our donut tire to Big O Tires. Not only did they have our tire but they installed it quickly and efficiently. We were back on the road in less than forty minutes!

This team is Amazing. My husband and I had just started our anniversary road trip that morning and got a nail in our tire. we quickly searched the nearest tire shop to the exit that was open and this was the place. Fortunately, our run flats helped us get there. Apparently, my tire is a special size and they said they would be able to get one if we wanted or patch-up the existing tire. Keep in mind, this is a new car and I've NEVER had run-flats before AND we were in our way to Sequoia, Yosemite, -rain,snow, and heat!

I was more worried about the patched ip tire not being able to make it through the whole trip and getting a flat in the middle of nowhere. The team that was there that morning was super confident in patching-up the tire and lasting longer than just for the trip. That was more than enough for me to trust them.

We both felt confident in the team and they took it in. At first they had said it was going to take a few hours to fix because they were super busy but to our surprise, 40 minutes later we were ready to go! I was shocked and a little sad because they were showing "The Office" in their waiting room.

The whole team was super cool and professional with both myself and my husband. They essentially saved our Anniversary road trip and to this day, the tire is rolling as if nothing had happened. Oh! Even BMW dealership confirmed, if they were able to patch it up, keep that tire. No need to purchase a new one. Stamp of approval from the dealership, myself, and my husband.

Those guys deserve a raise!

Yes I recently had my breaks done on 1/21/23 and 4months after they were Installed began to hear a noise coming from my breaks so I brought my truck back for an inspection only to be informed that everything was fine. I'm now back having the same issue only to be told that it's now my break sensors were to thick and that's where the problem lies. So I pointed out this spot on my rotator and mind you this isn't why he had me out there looking originally. He said oh that's a hot spot and you need new rotators. I informed him even with resurfaced rotators and new pads they should last longer than a year. And now I'm being asked if I want to purchase new rotators and sensors for my truck. As informed the service technician Omar Suastegui who ironically was the original technician that originally helped me the first time through. Omar originally took me out to the shop and pointed out that the problem was my break sensor was to thick and that's where the problem was. I explained to him before I had any work done I wasn't having this issue and all he could say was every vehicle is different and I don't know. I informed him he was making no sense at all and why wasn't this issue addressed when I brought it back 4months after the work was done? He made it seem like a you problem and not a he problem and wanted me to pay for the same items I recently just purchased.

I have NEVER waited so long for an oil change and the employees were just plain rude
I had an appointment even and I waited 2 hours UNBELIEVABLY irritating
I won't go back
I am still waiting I may be back for more.....

These folks are fantastic. My Chevys brakes started making a bad noise Saturday afternoon and this service center squeezed me in for fast service. I additionally requested a front end alignment which they gladly performed. Their service technician also noticed a broken motor mount, I approved the repair. However it was about closing time , so they kept the car and finished the job Sunday morning. The paper work was spot on , the bill matched the quote and they had a computer generated report w a warranty.
These folks have earned their 5 stars! I'm impressed.
