Erik is pretty awesome!! Called All Cars to see if they could assist me with my inability to retract the seatbelt of my front passenger seat. Not only was he able to take me right away, his team corrected the issue in under 30 mins for a super fair price.

The insurance company recommended All Cars Auto Service. I was reluctant and wanted to go to my usual body shop. However, I was really surprised by the excellent customer service. They are very responsive and repaired the car quickly. Eric was professional and I would recommend his shop to anyone looking to have service done.

WARNING! CREEPY! Got in a car accident this morning, filled a police report but hadn't called my insurance yet...and got a call this afternoon from this business saying "Hi, is now a good time to talk?" It wasn't, I was at work, but I asked who it was, and the person said "All Cars Auto Service, I understand you were in a car accident today." WHAT?? CREEPY! I said yes, but why/how would you know that?? And the guy replied "I have a way of knowing that stuff, how's your car? Do you need an auto body shop?".

OMG, NO WAY! Why would they have access to that information, and why would they call me up, unsolicited? The guy never gave his name. Never identified himself without me asking him twice and then only saying the company name and not his own name. Strange, bad company practice, and scary. Stay away....

Please stay as far away from this place as possible. I've had nothing but headaches since my car was 'repaired'. The owner (Eric) is a liar and a cheat (and doesn't know what he's doing)- nor does he guarantee his work. He runs the place by scamming people, because honestly I have no idea how he's still in business.
This is a car with 50000 miles in perfect mechanical condition. Upon inspection by experts in other body shops it turns out that I will have to completely replace a whole quarter panel and trunk to stop the corrosion. Apparently it also looks like 'all cars' have installed used parts or simply fixed dents on existing parts -- EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PAID FOR NEW by State Farm.
Now Im stuck with a new car thats rusting and will have to spend around $5000 to fix it.

I was involved in a accident back in August and my car was towed here. Things got ugly when the other persons insurance didn't want to cover me, but Eric at All Cars Auto helped me out so much. He definitely was on top of things and didn't try to sugar coat anything. His repair team did a great job putting my car back together. They even went the extra mile and applied touch up paint to areas of my car that weren't included in the accident and removed the haze off my headlights. Now the front of my car looks great! Thank you guys for taking care of my car and me.

You take your car in to get fixed not to have it come back with missing parts and the check engine light turning on every other day.
This place just takes your insurance money and does not provide any good service. Please explain why a car comes back with missing parts?
Talk about scamming people........
Lesson Learned, never coming to this shop again.

Fast, friendly greeted me right away got me in and out told me extra things I needed to get done for my car and everything Eric and his staff was great I love it here would definitely recommend people to come here and get their car worked on these guys know what they doing and their really nice

Can't say enough good things about the shop! Basically my car was keyed, Allstate didn't want to pay for hood replacement, but the owner dealt with them instead of me having to do it and also got them to pay for some other damages! He kept me updated on everything throughout the process and the car looks amazing! Just like the day I bought it would recommend to anyone and will definitely go back if something happens to any of babies! Wish I could give more stars because the service they provide is outstanding!!!

This is absolutely one of the worst auto places I have taken my car too. I got into an accident, the tow truck driver from this place towed my car with the promise of waiving my deductible because of the fact my insurance would pay and because he would charge them for the towing. This was all said IN FRONT of the mechanic Erik. Low and behold the day I'm supposed to pick up my car Erik, that little sack of shit, told me I would have to pay my deductible AND a tip. So obviously I called my father to contact him and let him know the deal because my dad works at a dealership. He then proceeded on to lie to my father saying he never requested a tip and that the tow truck driver never said that and he didn't hear that. Even though it was said right in front of me. Fuck this place let someone else tax the shit out of your insurance. This guys a fucking flake.
