I'd like to feel like I'm not an idiot but, i sure feel like one. I never thought I would say this. I first came upon All-n-all back in 2019 when i bought my car. They were wonderful service. excellent. My mechanic D.C. was a treasure. Always quick with a joke. I thought everything was going great. Fast forward to today, the shield underneath my car was coming up. I drop off my car with D.C. and he says he'll look at it the next day. Totally great. I call the next day, he says he is waiting on a part that he put into order and he doesn't know how much it will be yet but I can expect to pay in the ballpark of $300-$400. Cool. My dad decides to pay for my repair and suggests going to HIS mechanic. To get a second opinion and make sure his treasured princess isn't being swindled by a mustache-twirling villain. I figure he's being over-protective but sometimes a gal has to indulge her dad. We go to his mechanic and THE MAN TOOK TWO BOLTS OUT OF A NEARBY BUCKET, SCREWED THE SHIELD BACK INTO PLACE, CHARGED ME $0 AND CLEANED OUT UNDER MY HOOD TO BOOT. NO PART NEEDED TO BE ORDERED. NO HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS NEEDED TO BE SPENT. IF I FOUND OUT I WAS BEING SWINDLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS FIX YOU BETTER BELEIVE IVE BEEN BEING SWINDLED SINCE 2019. DADDYS LITTLE GIRL WAS BEING HOODWINKED BY A MOUSTACHE-TWIRLING VILLAIN AND ITS MY HERO D.C.? IT STOPS TODAY. INSANE. BANANAS.
LEARN FROM MY STORY. DONT TRUST THEM. legit cant believe this fr I loved D.C.

UPDATE:
If you are going to deal with these people keep a copy of every transaction you do with them. They do not keep records (because most of their business is made stealing from you) and because they dont keep any records its very hard to sue them. I am assed out with suing them for everything they have stolen. Dont be like me. Im so sad about this honestly. I wish i had time to sit in their lobby and encourage people to leave.

Within less than 20 minute, they took my car in, discussed the damages, and put me in a rental with a really good daily rate. They've both Hertz and Enterprise on site at very reasonable prices

Previously, they did an amazing job fixing a rear panel shredded by a passing vehicle while parked. Likewise, I'm confident they'll do the same magic on this vehicle.

Having both the shop and rental under the same roof and everyone in the shop being so friendly definitely soothes a very unfortunate situation.

Please note that her "experience" is a big contrast to my time with this shop and her review should be taken with high speculations. Consider the following:
-She noted the accident occurred TEN years ago
-Provided a suspiciously detailed description of the repair job
-Referenced another autobody shop and named a specific technician

In her history, she's previously left a review on the autobody shop she mentioned here, stating the following:
-"This is the only place I take my cars"
-"Fair Price & Great Work" **
"I personally know many of the mechanics and owner."
"Mercedes Benz...Japenese and American Cars" **

So 2 things:
1. Why did you go to All N All for a damage from a DECADE ago but also claim you only go to Queens Auto Best?

2. **Why does your review of Queens Auto Best sound like an ad?

3. I just realized where Queens Auto Best is. It's literally a block or two from All N All so you can't even use the excuse that you were in a different area.

All N All may not be able to say it but as a regular customer, I think your review is BS. Quit clowning on other people's shops.

Terrible place! Had my Honda repaired there from a NYC sanitation side swipe back in 2011. They didn't blend the clear coat properly! The screw to attach the side skirt was embedded into my rear tire and the door pulls for the driver's side door wasn't installed correctly. I would not recommend! I only had liability insurance so I had to pay out of pocket! This place is a ripoff! Go to Queens Auto Best on Jamaica Ave! Ask for Tony!

My car was not even 3 weeks old right off the dealer lot. Some punk thinks it's fun keying cars... Still no official NY plates on my car and I'm looking for a body shop to fix a key mark line down my car. Fml

car was Phenomenal...Top of the line!!

Body shops can be dicey when you don't have a goto spot! This place is AMAZING! My car went from brand new with a key mark to that NEW NEW look.

This place is the definition of a smooth business. They offer repairs ,inspection, car rentals and an inhouse geico adjuster . I went on a weekend and I was expecting slow service but the staff exceeded expectations. I was able to drop off my car , get a car rental, and drive out of the shop in about 40 minutes time. Will follow up post repair but so far excellent customer service.

I had a great experience here! It was extremely efficient and effortless. There's even an enterprise on site so you don't have to arrange for pickup and drop off. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable, my car looks great! As far as accidents go, All & All was the best possible scenario.

Same story as many others. Bumper got cracked while parked. Took it to All & All just to have Geico evaluate the damage. Was going to take it to a friend's recommendation but as we sat there waiting for our assessment, we watched the goings on. Staff was professional and helpful. It did not have any kind of shady vibe as some body shops do. We bumped into the owner Carlos who wasn't pushy and showed us our same model car that they had just repaired. That clinched it for us. Our car looks fantastic on the outside AND the inside was cleaned as well. It looks new! It was a pleasure to deal with All & All. They will be our go to body shop if we ever need one again.

I brought my car back for repair after the accident inspection.

They did a great job and even gave me a clean and washed car inside and outside. I like little details like that.

Very friendly, organized, and capable staff in spite of the fact they are busy. I see why. Past customers with the unfortunate circumstance of having an accident know who to go to and who they recommend their friends to.

If you already feel bad about your accident and how messed-up your vehicle is, these people will make you feel better and take the hassle out of getting it looking brand new again.

My radiator on my 05 Escalade started leaking and smoking. Called and DC had me covered. Dropped the car off the next morning and he had the car fixed and ready to go next evening. The price was right ! No tricks. Very professional and honest. Also found out they have a body shop so I took my other car that I broke the tabs on the bumper and the fixed that the same day too. I could not be happier with the them. This is my spot!

Bought my car here due to an accident and when I got it, I almost couldn't recognize it for a minute. The staff are beyond friendly and made sure everything was in tip top shape. I recommend anyone who needs to get their car fix to come here.
