      Will Take Advantage of a Customer - I needed a chipped key blank cut for my car, so I took the key to Prime and they cut the key for $50, the car wasn't driven there for the key cutting so they told me to go and try it and if it didn't work to come back and they would take care of it and that's exactly what happened. I go back with my car and was informed the key needed to be programed and the cost would be an additional $95, what I didn't know at the time was that all that needed to be done for the programming was Insert original key to the ON position, Remove the existing key and within 5 seconds insert new key and turn it to the ON position for 5 seconds. 4. Turn key OFF then back to ON and the key is now programmed.
      This is exactly what the locksmith did and then charged me $95 to do that simple procedure. So beware of any locksmith that would take advantage of a customer for a simple easy procedure like that is someone who will be looking to rip you off any chance they can, they could have been satisfied with the $50 cut fee and said it's a simple procedure to program your key but his greed kicked in and they got me for $95 - Lesson learned and they have permanently lost my business and I hope yours too. CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!

      There is a good reason why used car sales people have a bad reputation - Welcome to Car World. I called about a specific car they had listed on their website and was told come on down it's in stock. So I did it took me an hour to get there because I'm not close. I get there and ask for the car and they tell me it got sold and could they show me something else. I was looking to replace my car that was totaled in an accident so I said no thanks and even though I was perturbed I left. I check the car fax website three day later and see that they have another one listed but the photos aren't posted yet. So I call and a rep said they do have the car but it hasn't been gone through by the mechanic yet hence no photos but he said come on down and that I could at least view the car. So I drive back down there again this time with my mechanic and when I arrive no one can find the car, then they say the car can't be viewed. Now this is frustrating because I wasted more time with these scammers but the kicker is when I said I would be paying cash another salesman comes out and said there is an extra $2,000 charge for an installed GPS device. He states this extra charge is on the website and after a closer look when I got home it is, it's mixed in some information at the bottom of a listing but they never state how much for the anti-theft device (two grand). Now it's understandable that they would do this for a customer who is financing a vehicle but I'm not and would not need that device or want it so like another reviewer stated as soon as the cash word is mentioned their demeanor changes and the car I was told I could see was now not available. Now by this time I'm pretty pissed off and tell the salesman just what I thought because of course he asked if I'd like to look at the other cars on the lot because the car I was told I could see wasn't available to view.
      If you're a cash buyer stay away from them, if you have bad credit and need a car they can sell you one and be the bank just understand that another $2,000 is gonna get added to the advertised price plus the taxes and fees.
      they are deceptive and truthfulness is a word that's hard to find with this used car dealer.

      This company is the worst !!! my elderly mother unfortunately had her Amana refrigerator stop working and a claim was filed with the warranty company and here is where the problem started, the warranty company only uses Appliance Repair Specialist
      A service technician came out and he determined the cause of the problem without opening up the back of the refrigerator and said he would have to order the parts and that would take two days but that the next appointment I could make would be six days later so six days later I take off work to meet the repairman for a morning appointment and then I receive a call saying he wont be there till between 12 & 2pm then I receive another call from the company saying that they have the wrong part and it will take 2-3 days to receive that and then they will set up another appointment.
      I then call the company the next morning to see if anything could be sped up and was informed that they have all the parts but that their one technician who works the area my mom lives in LA (btw ARS is ninety miles from LA) can't come till the following Wed which is another week from the second appointment so this will drag out for at least two weeks and at the end of that I have no idea if this repair will even get done because the repairman never opened the back of the fridge to make sure what the exact problem was or parts needed so when it's all said and done if they will have the correct parts on hand and when they finally make it the fridge might get repaired - bottom line no one should have to wait over two weeks to have a refrigerator repaired and this company is one of the worst I've ever run into and their apologies are weak and ineffective my recommendation to all on Yelp is to stay far away and find someone else if you can

      The food is marginal at best and for the price they charge for what you get it will be the first and last time I go there, service was slow and inattentive and the place wasn't that busy. You should understand that the entrees are a La carte and the waitress failed to mention this or make any suggestion to maybe add anything, my girlfriend ordered the tuna which was a seared piece 2.5x5" on a pan with nothing else for $26, you want some vegetables with that and add another $8 which she did after realizing it came with nothing and at least the kitchen was fast in getting that to the table
      I ordered the penne vodka for $18 which was close to over cooked smothered in fairly greasy bacon and a weak red sauce being quite hungry I only managed to eat half of it and then quit, mind you, this place is too cheap to even offer a slice of bread or a bread stick to go with your pasta and finally my girlfriends sister who suggested we dine at Tom George had the greasy Duck leg confit but at least she had a bit of risotto and kale to complete this plate

      Sitting on their patio which is quite nice I could only look longingly across the street at Bottega Louie and wished we'd all eaten there, or for the real deal go to the Colori kitchen on 8th. bottom line the food sucked and I would have been way happier having a $1.25 taco at Tacos Mexico on Broadway
      You want a nice atmosphere and get drinks - sure why not they have that part down, you want a good meal pick any restaurant within two blocks of this place, my girlfriends sister was embarrassed for suggesting Tom George and she paid the bill. so I escaped that
      Seems there are quite a few decent reviews of Tom George here on yelp and maybe the three of us just got unlucky, it happens, but I won't go there again because there are too many really good restaurants in that neighborhood where I know you can get a great meal

      Don't know if they have changed ownership since the last time I was there (staff isn't the same except for one person) but the prices have been increased on everything, I ordered a Torta with Al Pastor and although the sandwich was huge for $8.75 the Al Pastor was terrible - hard and not that flavorful and this probably ranks as the worst Torta I've ever had and I've had many over the years, my dog didn't mind the rest of it though
      I won't be coming back here again and I've gone to this place regularly since it was opened, your better off going to the taco truck at Reseda & Saticoy
