I have had my 2017 BMW x5 into precision auto for a couple of oil changes. On my last visit I let them know that I though my tire was rubbing when I would make deep left hand turn. Maybe it was just me or my snow tires that I had a tire dealership put on. (which the "tire dealership" told me there was nothing wrong).
Precision auto found that I must've damaged my steering rack and front control arm. (I hope I'm saying this right) Pot holes are so bad this time of year. My car was very unsafe to drive! And it turned out to be a insurance claim that the people at Percision auto were amazing at dealing with. This company was so helpful with taking care of everything!! So thankful for everyone there and all the help, I knew something was going on with my car and it turned out to be a safety issue. So thankful for this company!

Food okay but the owners are drinking. Wife chugging Coors lights and the husband downing red wine, so unprofessional.
