Dec 17, 2023As an Italian restaurant, 5 stars. We have dined here twice and both times had excellent meals. So we thought we'd try a pizza. ONE star! So disappointing, where was the sauce? We asked for extra cheese and couldn't find any. Normally I don't notice salt the way my wife does but both of us were immediately turned off by the overwhelming saltiness. Neither of us finished our first piece and tossed the rest of the $33 pizza away. Stick to the rest of the menu and you'll love it - stay away from the pizza though.

First timers and very disappointed. Asked for salad dressing on the side but got it drenched. Soup was lukewarm at best. That was enough and we left, not waiting to see how the rest was going to be after six a bad start.

Feb 14, 2023HORRIBLE! Constant noise all night from the expressway 50 yards away. Clark refused to move us to a room on the quiet side of the hotel. Manager was unavailable until morning. Service was rude.

Dec 18, 2022Updated reviewBeen sitting in the line for 8 minutes until FINALLY one car moved with 10 cats waiting. At least 6 cars have left the line and drive off. Why is this particular McDonald ALWAYS slow?

Mar 26, 2022Previous reviewAbsolutely the worst McDonalds. The only reason the line moves with any speed is the number of drivers pulling out of line and leaving. Once would be an annoyance but it's EVERY day. Sat at the window 5 minutes with nobody there!
Jun 12, 2021Previous reviewEvery time I come to this location I swear I never will again but it's right down the street so I figured sooner or later they can't be that bad.... Wrong. Absolutely the slowest McDonalds time after time. What can possibly be the reason to take 15 minutes to process 4 orders ahead of me? Then you get a bag with the hamburger smashed on top the French fries with no care whatsoever.

Every time I go to this McDonalds I swear it's the last time at it's so close the next time I figure they can't mess up again. They do. What's so hard about counting to 20? When I order 20 McNuggets I expect 20, not 18. And just 2 sauce packets for a 20 piece order?
Sep 20, 2020Previous reviewAt least they are consistent - consistently BAD. Once again I ordered using the app because they had over a dozen cars backed up. Wrong choice. ALL of those cars were served before my order was brought out. How this Macdonald's manager isn't fired is beyond me . Always slow, have to check the order every time as it's usually wrong.
Jun 1, 2022Updated reviewUntil our last visit this was a solid 5 star. My wife is VERY picky about her steaks and was thrilled to find a place that knows how to cook a medium rare steak. Unfortunately they are opening a new location so most of the experience staff and cooks were gone and it showed. The steak looked like the end cut with half the thickness missing at one end. It looked ok until you turned it over and then it was horrible. Cooked well done too boot. Sent back and typically you would expect the replacement to be good but not so. The second looked worse than the first, solid start in the center like a cheap steak. The guy next to us said he had been a customer for years but also noted the steaks were horrible recently. So sad, haven't had the courage to try again since, maybe never will. Hi
