Convenient, simple, no-fuss, efficient and reliable. Having joined within the last month due to a move, I've sold two items within a week and both experiences were a breeze. The first item was a kitchen table picked-up by AptDeco's team. The delivery team arrived early with plenty of communication and were prepared including wearing masks. The second item was sold to a buyer opting to pickup the piece and save the delivery fee. AptDeco made the communication simple, and I was paid quickly in both cases. This is SO much easier than Craigslist.

To say I love this place is an understatement. I have been on a journey attempting to heal chronic pain issues due to back injuries, and the team at Retreat have become my secret weapon. Karinn and Candise are the most gifted acupuncturists I've worked with, however saying so doesn't scratch the surface of impact they've had on me. They both listen carefully and intuitively, and their gentle approach and touch has eased my needle anxiety while maximizing impact of the treatments.

While I didn't think to come to Candise with concerns about extremely dry skin all over my body (that I would scratch at night while sleeping to the point of leaving marks), I happened to mention it during a session for my back. Candise recommended introducing a combination of vitamin E, zinc and evening primrose. It WORKED IMMEDIATELY! I had tried every cream and lotion in existence without success. She knew my issue was stemming from internal balance issues. She is a goddess!

Don't waste a second thinking about whether or not to book an appointment: do it!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience both with Amy and the eyebrow procedure. I have always had thin, sparse and very light (read: non-existent) eyebrows, and I purchased every pencil, cream, growth serum and dye in futile attempts to improve them. Nothing really works.

My appointment with Amy was back in September of 2016 (sorry for taking so long to pen this, Amy), and I am happy to report that not only did my recovery process proceed as she advised, but also that I remain as thrilled today as I was in late-September when peeling stopped and my brows looked natural. She knows what she is doing (and you must know that I am a big baby), is thoughtful, careful and has a masterful eye. The size, shape and color she selected was perfect, and I have not drawn or filled-in my brows since September.

If you are considering this procedure, Amy is amazing. I cannot recommend highly enough.

      Thank you, Amy!

They don't care. I've been a customer of Greenstreets since mid-2014 having spent over $1700 with them in 2016. I was generally a very happy customer until earlier this week. Last Thursday I dropped off $80 in dry cleaning that I needed in time to fly to the east coast five days later. While the order was ready over the weekend, I did not have time to stop by. I left work early Monday evening and drove 25 mins across the city only to learn that the Filbert location was closed at 5:45pm (without warning - typically open until 7pm) due to renovation. This alone upset me, however if someone had taken or returned my call Monday I would be penning a review right now. I left voicemails for customer service and no one returned my call. I emailed the general manager of the company, but he never answered. I called the next day and spoke to the counter staff at Filbert, and I was told a manager had my information and would call me. No one called. Due to work, I didn't have time to cross the city again to pickup my clothing. I ended up flying east without my clothes.

Last night around 10:30PM ET, and kind manager finally returned my called and asked what she could do to get my clothes to me ... four days later. She told me that the GM had decided to close the Filbert location at the last minute without emailing customers or warning. She said she was overworked and could not believe her team did not have her back in helping customers, specifically me in this case.

Long story short, if something goes wrong, no one cares. $1700 in business this year means nothing to this company. It doesn't matter where you call or email. Your time does not matter to these people. I will be using a new dry cleaner in 2017.

Tangerine gets my vote for the best Thai food in the Seattle area. The quality of the food is quite high and they are extremely consistent. My daughter and I are both vegan (with dairy allergies) and we never worry about cross-contamination or hidden ingredients here. They will happily modify any recipe to account for allergies, preferences or taste.

I love the panang and yellow curries. My daughter raves about the Pad See Ew.
