My boyfriend stopped in on a Saturday for a late lunch. Great beer selection and the food menu was awesome. We easily could have ordered one of everything on the menu. We decided on the fried brussel sprouts for an appetizer. They were very good! We'd never had anything like it before.
For our entrees- I had the Korean BBQ burger and my bf had the special, spicy turkey burger. Mine was undercooked (I ordered it medium well) and it was definitely cooked more on the rare side. But it still tasted awesome and it being undercooked wasn't a huge deal to me. Our waitress immediately noticed the 'pink' when I was eating it and asked if I wanted to send it back. I had told her it was fine and it wasn't a huge deal.. Because it really wasn't. On her own accord she brought it to the manager's attention and at the end of the meal he came over to check on us and to apologize for the underdone burger and comped my meal! I practically ate the whole burger and he still insisted that I shouldn't have to pay for it "because that's not how we do things here"
Seriously awesome customer service!! And equally awesome food and beer! We don't go up to Concord that often but we will certainly go out of our way to give these guys our business! Oh and the turkey burger was also very well made.
