Mario knows my order and he is so nice . I love the feeling of how it is like a novelty shop. The smash burger is my favorite with no onions and mayo. The little chiclets are so good. If Mario is reading this I'm the kid who always gets the smash burger 100 times better than in,n,out. It is only a five star review but I would do ten star

I recently had an experience with AAA, they called in the local Orange County company and it turned out to be a bit of a saga, but with a happy ending. Initially, I called at 2:00 pm when my car refused to start. The first truck that arrived had a flatbed but struggled to get my diesel all-wheel-drive into neutral. Despite the hiccup, the driver called for backup, and Frank with a wheel lift came to the rescue. Frank, understanding the limitations, stayed with me until Joe M arrived with the flatbed.

Joe M quickly assessed the situation, confirming that he was the right person for the job. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, my car was securely on the flatbed. What stood out was Joe M's exceptional customer service. He made us comfortable inside the truck, cranked up the heater, and even went above and beyond by taking me to retrieve my second car so I wouldn't be stranded.

Despite the initial challenges and the need for three trucks to figure things out, Joe M's professionalism and dedication turned the situation around. My son and I are sincerely grateful for his efforts, turning a potentially frustrating experience into one that showcased the true essence of customer service. Three's a charm indeed, and Joe M made sure it ended on a positive note.

Lovin' the new transition into "Freelance". Sipped on a latte and my taste buds were grateful for the experience. Feeling like a lot of passion went into this coffee, it was delicious. Wanted to go back for another but didn't want to blast into outer space.

Scale 1 - 10 massage was 7.6.
Massage therefore talked a bit much, i had to ask multiple times to increase pressure.

Checking out was odd, I payed and tipped.

My tip was 15% and she said, "Tip is 20%...only 20% tip is what we take . I was good right? Only 20%".

Say what! I asked, "Is there fine print that I missed?" "No, if I good I take 20%".

Well, I don't know to congratulate her for feeling in her worth or feeling like she was trying to take advantage?
