Poorly Packed Delivery Order
Ordering for delivery through Door Dash, the flimsy container holding my order of lamb vindaloo was open and much of the contents had spilled into the bag, the bottom of which fell out upon delivery. This was not the fault of the driver but of the store. Based on this experience I would not order from them again. Door Dash only offered a $5 credit though I sent them a picture of the bag and, for safety reasons, felt it prudent to throw it in the garbage.
I have repeatedly used their services and have always had an excellent experience. They arrive at your home or place of business on time and notarize your documents professionally, with skill and smile. Their prices are fair and more than reasonable. I will use their services again any can recommend them without qualification.
It gives me pleasure to be able to recommend Mobile American Notary & Apostilles for exemplary service in meeting my needs. Their service is professional, prompt, knowledgable and caring of their clients needs. Highly recommended.
I ordered delivery and to start my litany of complaints, the order was poorly packed so that the container of extra marinara sauce had come open, spilling its contents over the other items in the order. No excuse for poor packaging. As to quality, I'd qualify it as mediocre and there are many far better options in the Hollywood area. Needless to say, I won't be reordering from Rafallo's. Ever.
While I have enjoyed their coffee and good service in the past, on this very cold morning the manager refused to allow me inside 10 minutes before the usual 7 AM opening time while he was enjoying a cup of hot coffee just waiting to the last second to open the door, even as he let in fellow employees. So much for neighborhood hospitality in Brentwood.

Hi Stuart,
I'm very sorry to hear about your disappointment as our goal is always to achieve outstanding customer service. Our caffe opening hours are 7am-6pm, and it's our company policy that our staff only open at the designated times. I hope you can appreciate in this day and age that this is for their safety and insurance reasons, especially in the mornings when they may be doing opening tasks such as counting in the cash drawer.
So if there's anyone to blame, please blame me the owner for the policy and not the barista staff who in my opinion are very nice and polite people. Perhaps he could have explained it to you better, but this is also likely the reason why any business that I am aware of (I recall the same experience at Bloomingdales, Eataly, Mozza, Costco in recent times when I arrived early) opens their doors only at the designated opening times.
I'm genuinely sorry for this misunderstanding and hope that you were able to stay warm enough this morning and the situation didn't put a damper on the rest of your day.

I have been doing business with Hollyway Cleaners on a consistent basis for the past 12 years and have found them to be professional, customer oriented and, being open 7 days/week, extremely convenient. In fact, I find the quality of their work, on time prompt execution and friendly service so much better than any other cleaner in the area, that, living in Hollywood, I go out of my way to work with them.
