Bill Wood is our ADT rep,he explained and taught us how to operate our alarm system,and also provided us with helpful videos,he gave us a better deal than ADT corporate and discounts for the equipments that we needed,compared to the amount that the ADT corporate gave me,I could say that Bill saved me alot of money.
