I spent over $2000 on Kratom and N2o tanks . One time the tank malfunctioned. It was from the Temperence store , and was subsequently rectified instantly.
5 to 7 tanks later it happened again , but at the Central Ave store. I got maybe 6 rips out of the tank and it was dead . It was from a completely different brand from the first . I was very nervous about calling a second time for another such claim. I left my phone number which they had on file anyway , and I was never replied to.

If I detected a minuscule amount of incompetence at Matrix
I would not have followed through .
Obviously this was not the case . It was quite the opposite.

Here are the main reasons( but not limited to)that I am 100% satisfied with Matrix .
The communication is excellent.
The Patient portal allows me to to make contact without delay with a Matrix physician.

Matrix allowed me to utilize blood work that my primary care physician previously used .
Making it extremely time as well as financially efficient.
As for actual cost , it's so inexpensive that I can't afford NOT to be on Testosterone at this juncture of my life .
It costs less than monthly total of daily Mocha Lattes at Star Bucks.
Way less in fact if your getting a double shot of espresso.
Here is the best part ; the compounding pharmacy that they subcontract is the best in the world IMO .
