They stand behind their product and have fixed and adjusted my frame less glasses for years. Their technician, Anthony is nothing short of a miracle worker fixing my glasses after I stepped on them. Aside from straightening the frames he replaced the bushings making them like new again. The glasses were so mangled, I did not expect they could be repaired. At other times, Anthony has adjusted the sides and aligned the lenses for a proper fit. All the staff is friendly and attentive. There is plenty of parking at their new location.
I won't go elsewhere because they have provided great service.

I started going to this office when Dr Greenspan moved here, and I been very pleased with the helpful staff and professional attention from all the doctors. On a Sunday, I woke up with a rash and called the answering service for advice. The doctor called back a short time later and she explained what was needed and arranged treatment. The doctors are patient and answer all my questions, explaining their decisions for my treatment. Every month I receive a call regarding my health and questions about fall injuries. This service was offered without charge and may be connected with my Medicare coverage.

I wish to complain about a misrepresentation of Premier Parking Ventures regarding my reservation (Made Dec 24, 2013) at your EWR Parking location. I made this reservation from your web page which now lists the EWR parking. Had I realized the misleading and incomplete information, I never would have booked at your new location. The manager there demanded an additional $14.99 fee for "Holiday parking on Dec 25". I paid $9.51 upfront and expected to pay $14.06 upon arrival. NOWHERE did your web page state any additional fee for a holiday. I expect this was an error by the manager who claimed he had complained to your company a number of times about missing information.
For two days of parking I paid $39.56 and heir customer service refuses to talk in person, return my calls or respond to my email I sent on Dec. 29, 2013.
