Worst customer service, ever! This hole in the wall country club needs new management. We took our business to Thornblade. Bar is run down and poorly stocked with rude employees, I can tell they were trained by management. Sad!

The owner lady was in our face while entering you can't do this or that, you can't bring a dessert in! Wowwwwee, rude upon rude. She made me very uncomfortable, this is very important to treat customers with due respect so they come back. In my case I won't be back. To old to be told what to do

I would not recommend, the elevator and hall ways were so hot. Hilton Honors but refused to give water, coffee at breakfast was like water. Avoid this place.

Nice hotel on outside and as entering front but the room were horrendous. Wall paper coming off walls, moldy bathtub, dirty chair and couch. Bedding looked dirty and too smelled like mold. Only thing good about my stay were the 2 free drinks offered during check in.
